Hey everyone, it's Mike Andes, founder and CEO of Copilot CRM. And today I'm super excited to talk to you about bulk sending messages, both emails and texts inside of Copilot. Now this is what's crazy. If you actually got something like mailchimp or textedly or these other types of softwares for mass communication, you would literally spend a couple hundred dollars per month if you had thousands of contacts. So my locations, for example, one of them has like over 12,000 email contacts and contacts in the database that we've served because it was a big business. And if I went and spent money on email software and texting software, I would literally spend over $600 per month just on email and text messaging software. And I'd be limited about how much I could text people because it'd be based upon credits. Here at Copilot, you're able to mass text and email and inside of your software if you're using the enterprise level features. And we get dozens and dozens of estimates. Just last week the one of my locations for Augusta lawn care sent out a one click estimate email and got over 80 estimates asked for immediately. Just think if you had to go go buy 80 leads and these customers are people in your database, people already that know like and trust you. And they're gonna have a really high close ratio cause you've already done work for them in the past. This is absolutely the gold mine of your business. If you have not been sending out one click estimate emails and mass text messages, I can guarantee you without spending any money in marketing, you will double the size of your business. And furthermore, you'll be able to send those messages out when you need leads the most. When things are drying up, when there's not a lot of work coming in, you send out one of these one click estimate emails and immediately you can fill your schedule for one or two weeks. It's a fantastic way to be able to fill in the gaps of your slow season and make sure that you're pitching to your customers the services that they need the most based upon the time of year. So in the mowing season for us, in the spring, we pitch mowing. We we pitch treatments. In the middle of summer, we pitch products projects like a mulch installation or gravel installation or paver patios. These are all things that you can use.
