Mike Andes explains how to increase route density using hyper-local advertising on Nextdoor. He recommends running recurring ads targeted to specific neighborhoods and regularly updating the service or deal promoted to match the current season or local conditions (avoid promoting mowing during snow).

How can I create better route density? We use Nextdoor. What type of deals should I advertise to get people to reach out? Route density is great with Nextdoor because you can individualize the specific neighborhoods in terms of what type of deals. You just want to keep it current to the type of service that is relevant to the specific time of year. I think it's kind of funny when I see ads on Facebook or Nextdoor and it's like, get your mowing today. And it's like, okay, well, we just had snow. I don't think anyone's gonna be contacting on that ad. My biggest thing is with Nextdoor is now they allow you to have a recurring ad where it just keeps going. But make sure you change the type of service that you're offering based upon the time of year.
