All right, quick update at the headquarters building. Things are progressing. Here's the deal, all right, we are a week behind. Why? See this? This is the steel structure, all the actual part of the steel building. It's been laying here for 4 or 5 years, almost 6 years actually, 2020. But it's rusted and it has to be repainted. So every single piece of metal on the steel building we are putting over here sanding it down, painting it, and then finally it's ready to actually be used. So we're hoping, we're hoping that next week all this painting— see, now it looks all beautiful over here, right? But this is all sitting here for so many years waiting for the licensing and the permitting. But it's, it's getting somewhere, you know? We're getting there. We're sanding it down, we're cleaning it up, we're painting it, and hopefully next week we'll be erecting the steel structure. Let's go!
