huge realization for me was realizing I did not have the technical chops or skill or experience to be able to lead the organization as it scaled. And so being able to recruit and find really talented people and bring them together was the constraint I focused on over the past couple of years. My current constraint, now that those two things have really solid leadership teams, is demand or leads. And so my focus right now is actually this top part, and that is getting more leads, getting more views, converting them into paying customers. And so it's only now this year that I've actually started to focus on this top part, which is like, okay, we need to get better videos, better media, better clicks, better traffic inside this funnel, and then grease the gears of this lead acquisition, tracking book calls, making sure we know where every single click is coming from, every single video. But before I did that, made sure operations were solid. And I spent the past 5 to 6 years building a franchise and the software with infrastructure and leadership teams to make sure I could then go back to the top of the funnel and be able to dominate this.
