I'm late every day. I'm gonna let you know that right now. I'm late, like, 10 minutes every single day. I'm a sleeper. I don't like to wake up early at all.
Look, I would just fire him. Honestly. One of our employees, he showed up one minute late, and because of that, he lost half of his profit sharing for the quarter. And, yeah, it cost him $600, and that stinks. But no one else showed up late the rest of the quarter.
And if he does ask me to work a weekend, he's gonna get his feelings hurt because I'm gonna say no.
