Yo, my discord was doing the same thing that Francis was talking about last week. And then it's like updating over and over and I was like, I don't know if I'll make it. Hey, there he is. So that.
So you'll get notified there main channel. We are currently looking pretty good. Breezy, what's up?
Last week I did the call with fire lawn landscape. That went really good. And then I finally, after three messages of pestering new ground, I got him to schedule the call today. So I should have that to you on the intern Francis today. And Steven, you and I can talk about it maybe after everyone leaves. But do you know off the top of your head when the last turnaround is scheduled for and, like, when we should start to plan another trip? My least favorite ones to take because they're massive and there's an aftertaste. Hello, you beautiful people. Some exciting updates. Today is day four of me on my new coaching program with my new coach, with a meal plan, with the workout plan, and I absolutely love it. I definitely, I think, thrive off of having, like, a very strict schedule or at least like a plan. I always, like, I have a plan, you know what I'm saying? So it's very, very helpful for me to have a coach and like a nutrition plan so that I don't even have to think about, like, how to hit my macros. I just know exactly what I'm eating, how much of it and whatnot, like what my macros are and whatever. So definitely been enjoying that. But maybe we can touch more on that later. For now, I'm going to go to Laundromat that is attached to the 10 units that Mike owns, I guess, that we own now and go empty the quarters, clean up a little bit, Just do a little property checkup. You know what I'm saying? So let's go do it. So as we've been talking about for a while, we're supposed to get our StairMaster delivered. It was gonna happen tomorrow, and now it's got fish off of the 16th. Y' all hear that anyways, so that's unfortunate, but. Oh, I didn't order the school right there. But it is what it is. We're gonna get there. We're gonna get it eventually. I usually try to come at the first of every month or every other month at least, and I realized I forgot. So this. The first one got so cool. Some quarters got left behind. There's more. Oh, my goodness. I put it back in and more came inside. That's Gotta be like two and a half to three months worth of quarters. After accidentally stopping the machine early once and spilling a bunch of quarters on the floor, we finally got it done. My hands feel so gross. It had been a while since I had emptied out the laundromat containers. Like, look at my fingers. That's disgusting. And that was the most amount that I had ever gotten out at once. And some of the, like, containers are starting to get jammed. So I'm glad I went when I did. Guess in the comments how much you think that was. Bet you won't guess. So kind of going back. How kind of going back to what I was saying earlier about my coach. It is so nice now not having to worry about what I need to eat in order to fit my macros. Like, I just have the meal plan and like, I can not even think twice about it. I just literally weigh out and make whatever she has on there. So right now we're just focusing on high protein whole foods. I'm eating rice and oatmeal again, which I have not had in months. So that's like one adjustment. But I enjoy it. Like, I enjoy the simplicity of it. I don't have to think about anything. So today's lunch is chicken breast, rice, zucchini, and I'm gonna put avocado on there after I microwave it. It is a basic yes, but it's common for a reason. You know what I'm saying? As for the new workout routine, I also love that it's definitely a different training style, like very slightly different. I've never, I've never been used to going by a tempo, which I know technically you're supposed to, but I just never have, like for each rep having a certain tempo to it. I've never tracked like that. I was talking to my coach yesterday and she was saying how the first two to four weeks are going to kind of be focused on getting me into more of a routine and then we'll actually start really trying to shred. And that's what my biggest goal is, in all honesty. I feel like I've adjust, like not tooting my own horn, but I feel like I adjusted to the routine so quickly just because, like, I am a very routine oriented person. So I'm just ready now to get to the meat and potatoes of the situation and like actually start shredding. But I'll be patient. I'll be patient. I know my coach knows best. I really, really like her. She's such a good communicator, very knowledgeable and Just like, overall, she seems like a really, really great coach. So I'm thoroughly enjoying the process so far. I feel great. My energy levels are great. I just am ready to hit the ground running. So let me have my very, I guess what some would say gym bro esque meal. Chicken, rice and veggies. Let's. Post flood debris.
In case you didn't know it, buddy, it flooded here in. In the Whatcom County.
Yeah.
It's actually all the rivers have dumped their garbage onto the ocean.
It's actually amazing, and I'm very, very thankful that we didn't get affected too badly by it. Bellingham surprisingly did some parts. Like Ferndale did a little bit, but, like, south of us, they got it pretty bad.
Well, we had the tiny house they.
Had to evacuate, so Michael was very thankful that we sold it so we don't have to worry about it.
Honestly, I bet it's still flood even on the property. Brutal. Like, just not like where it didn't go over the dike. But I bet it still flood the house.
Now we do have the debris left.
Literally dirt everywhere. There's a bunch of dirt.
Yeah. Usually the water is, like, beautiful and blue. Yikes. And there's quite a bit of erosion up on those train tracks now.
You know what it is?
AI the government controlling the weather.
Hey, guys, hear me out. If you pay more taxes, I'll keep the sun shining. Pan, I wanted to get some B.
Roll.
So we're going to zoom in as much so you possibly can. There's ban.
Right.
There. What a beautiful person. All right, let's see here. This is the woods puppy. Oh, play by play. Action. Oh, there's a doggy. Hi, doggy. Oh, oh, oh. Banner's making a move. You that beautiful person? Yeah, that's. That's my wife. Yep, that's my wife. Hi, Banner. Oh, my D. Walking close up to me. Oh, my goodness. What should I say? I'm so nervous. Oh, my goodness. Look at this beautiful person. You got tea.
They literally did get tea.
Oh, my goodness.
I got literal tea.
Literal tea.
Literal tea.
And the guy. Oh, on your phone.
No, no, no, no. Like tea. Not like tea.
Oh, you got. Okay.
Got it. Yeah.
Okay.
Unfortunately, asked him to get. To get bro B roll. The woman's bathroom smelled like dogs. I was like, oh, my good. Love this right now. Oh, it's done.
She walk.
I don't know.
Look at this person.
16 ounces.
Oh, my goodness.
Or no.
I can count to 16.
Hot O. I'm hot. Feels so good. Michael, say that yeah. If y' all see a lot of cuts, I got a hot hibiscus tea, which usually I think of hibiscus tea as, like, iced, but it's a little too chilly to have ice right now, so we're going to try hot. How do you feel after your facial experience?
I think I experienced about three minutes of it, because then I fell asleep.
Mike just got a facial done, and then I had a foot massage done at the same time, and he was very, very sleepy going into it, so he fell asleep during.
Pardon me, I'm trying to listen to a book called how to Make a Few More Billion Dollars.
Because he listened to the first book, which was how to Make a Billion Dollars.
Pardon me.
Ooh, golden hour. Look at that lighting. Oh. Tomorrow or no, Monday, I'm helping ship the books. So if you guys ordered books and you wanted some directly shipped to you and not donated, I'm gonna be in charge of that whole operation. So we start working on that Monday, which is super exciting. So the books should hopefully be getting to you guys before Christmas. So. Merry Christmas from the Andes. We don't do Christmas cards, but we do books.
As if we put a lot of time into our Christmas card.
Lots of time.
The one Christmas card they might keep.
Actually, come to think of it, they do get a picture of us, because in the dedication you have at the front, it's a picture of us. Merry Christmas. You guys like our little lights over here around the window? This is, like, my favorite part of our house. Besides those pictures and my muscles, that's my favorite part of the house, for sure.
Muscles, for sure.
We're playing a game called Criminal Confessions, and I actually wrote Mike into this because he does not like card games or board games, but we manage this one. Okay, so basically, there's four cards that you have in your hand at all times. Once, never. A few times too many to count. And basically, a crime is confessed, and you have to guess that the other person has ever done it by showing one of your cards. So did you ever return a product to a store even though you broke it? Let's say I drew it. I pick my own answer with a card. And Mike has to show one of his cards, one of these as his answer to what he thinks my answer is. And I can. He can ask me questions about it.
I can lie, which is weird. Kinda weird. Like, what's the point of Anakin asking the question if you're gonna lie? The only reason.
No, you just. You try to trick them into putting up the wrong answer. You know?
Yeah, but then I'm not saying. Why would I ask questions. It's really just to see how you're reacting to the question.
I'm not a good liar at all. Mike can read me like a book. All right? That's why we both have to be like, I have a surprise for you. I can't tell you what it is, but just know that you have a surprise.
And then usually within about 20 minutes, we show each other.
Did you ever break, damage, or mess with someone's mailbox?
You.
Yeah, this is for me.
Is Jeremiah with you?
No, but Jeremiah actually ran over someone's mailbox while he was riding a scooter growing up.
That was not my question. When you.
He was not. I was trying to tell you you got yours story. Yeah.
When?
Oh, I didn't break it. I didn't damage it. I just messed with it. It was my neighbor's. No bottom.
It did. Oh, you met. Oh, I didn't get the mess with. What'd you do with the mess with?
I just, like, opened it, like, messed around with it. I was outside playing with the neighbor girl.
Okay. So if the card read, did you ever open someone's mailbox? Then I might have put mess with.
Actually, what is the definition of messing with?
Yeah, as they have bullet holes. Bullet holes in the mailbox?
Yeah. I really promise you I've never done that.
Did you ever make over $600 for work? You didn't report to the IRS?
What kind of work was this?
Advertising.
Whenever you worked at the Blueberry Farm, you were, like, eight, right?
Yeah.
How did you get paid?
They didn't run payroll. They just gave us checks.
Exactly. What do you mean, advertising? You made money from advertising and you never claimed it?
We do lots of advertising, me and a team.
But that would show up on your card statement anyway.
Wow, you're way off.
Are you serious? Why?
Was it actually, yeah, like, all those times when I was younger having jobs I never reported, I should have, and then.
Okay, but you are, like, you weren't.
First, like, pushed it all up with the tractor. We're confessing.
What y' all just caught was a tail end of Michael confessing to him dumping hazardous material and waste on property he wasn't supposed to, so technically, I was allowed to.
It's just that he wasn't around to see how much grass clippings I was dumping.
And then he evicted Mike whenever he came back.
He didn't evict me. He just said, dude, you can't do that anymore. I'm like, oh, I gotta leave because I need to dump my clippings.
Very fun game, Michael. Lasts about 20 minutes. One of those kinds of things. But I'll take it. I'll take all I can get. This game super fun. 10 out of 10 recommend. It's even more fun with a group of people.
10 out 10 recommend.
Especially with your family, so you can find out all their dirty little secrets and you can keep score. We have never done that.
The problem is Ben is perfect and she has never done anything bad. And so it's just too easy of a game.
No, like, he can read me like a book, so I can't even try to lie about my interest.
You, basically, it's always never. Every single thing that's on the car is like, never. Just. If you just did never, you would win the game with Brandon. Never driven in a bad lane. Never gotten a ticket.
Yeah. Have you ever gotten. I've never gotten a ticket. Have you got pulled over?
What?
That's crazy. Which is actually surprising because. Oh, my goodness. I didn't tell you this. The other day, I was going to the Ferndale gym, and I. I only told Zoe this. I jumped a curse, so. But hard. I thought for sure my tire would pop. I got out of my car.
And you get pulled over for that, though?
No, but I'm just saying, like, it was bad.
I will say you do go pretty fast through Bellingham 60. And you go, like, 73. 74.
In my whole driving career, I've not gotten career. The title is I'm perfect. Question mark.
That's right.
Anyways, hope you guys had a great weekend and have a great week and have a good Monday. Bye.
