I'm trying to build a million-dollar lawn care business in the next 12 months, and I'm paying $250 per month at this office instead of paying thousands of dollars for a shop space. But it's not what you think, because this is the office. It's small, but it's $250 a month. It's month to month, and I can park all 4 of my vans out in the parking lot, and it's all included. Better yet, I can use all the different spots around town that have these coworking spaces all for the same price.
