Short YouTube dialogue (Mike Andes with Matt) about accepting an estimate and how to pay. Mike prefers cash or check and explicitly says they do not accept credit cards due to processing fees and privacy concerns; Matt explains the customer portal option to accept the estimate and save card or bank info to schedule and charge after a final walkthrough.

Hey, thanks for putting the quote underneath my front door, Matt. I want to go ahead and accept that. So how does this work? Do I pay you now? Can I call you with a credit card or do you want me just put some cash in an envelope and put that underneath the doormat again? Yeah, we only accept cash or check. We don't take any sort of credit card just because the processing fees and I want, you know, my information given to them. So yeah, I'll get a check from you once we do the job on the walkthrough. Awesome. So it's super easy. Just on the right hand side inside the customer portal. When you're looking at the estimate, go ahead and click accept. It'll walk you through the steps of putting your card information or your bank information on file. That way I can get you on the schedule right away. And then after the job, once we've done a walkthrough and you're totally satisfied, we'll just charge that payment method.
