I don't allow my general manager to spend one single dollar on paid advertising like Google or Facebook until they've done these two things. Number one, followed up with every single pending estimate with a text, an email and a personal phone call. What's the point of going out and spending money on ads to get cold traffic when there are people that we've literally given a quote to that are just pending quotes inside of our CRM? The second thing I require them to do is send a text and an email from homeworks to all the contacts ass our database and we're going to give a season specific offer with a season specific service every single month. If they haven't done those two things, no ad budget.
