A homeowner frustrated with unreliable lawn mowing services calls to get a quote. The representative needs an address to confirm they service the area and can send an estimator for cleanup work or set up bi-weekly mowing.
Don't refer me to anybody else. And the reason I'm saying that is because Weedman referred us to Top Cut, who referred us to you. And all we need is how our damn lawn mowed before. I'm not going to give you name, address, telephone number, email, blah blah, blah, and then have nothing happen. So this is what I want you to do. We have a medium sized lawn overall and what we'd like is some cleanup and a price on bi weekly every other week mowing and edging. That's it.
I can't quite do it that way, but what I can start with is simply your property address to confirm you're in my service area. And if you are, then I can get you set up in my system. I may be able to provide you with a mowing quote over the phone. I won't be able to provide you with a property cleanup over the phone, but I can schedule it for an estimator to come by. Would that work?
What in the world is going on? Plus, I sniff out when this happens a very high price for doing this. This is my fourth referral for someone to mow the lawn.
