You can't control what family you were born into, the color of your skin, genetics that you have. But the one thing you can control is how hard you work and the level of dedication you have toward the goals you have. And I hope that over the past 30 days, if you've seen me struggle and fail and mess up and come up short and have bad weather and doubt myself of whether or not I was able going to even be able to get one job on the schedule, and fighting through price sensitive customers, unhappy customers, crashes with a truck, hires that didn't work out. Through all of that, the inputs are the only thing I can can control. I can't control the customer, I can't control my employees. The only thing I can do is stay dedicated towards the goal that I have.
