Leadership. I need to find a relationship. The relationship that's hard, picking the right one. You know what I mean? Yeah, in part. Figure out number one, having confidence around the business and then create and have the systems to where you can delegate time to focusing on that. You'll figure out number two. They're kind of like dependent on each other. If you figure out number two, number one probably fix itself. And if number one was figured out and you had great leadership and business was running well and you really had a pulse on it, you'd probably have time for number two.
