One of our competitors left us a one star online review simply because we were starting our business at Augusta Lawn Care. We have over 130 locations around North America, and so this person was not happy that we came to their city. However, at Augusta Lawn Care, we don't really believe in competition in the traditional sense, and we actually encourage our owners to reach out to other competition, actively talk with them, give them customers or jobs you might not want. And we do this because we all are going to need help at some point, and we're better together. A rising tide floats all boats, and there's going to be a time when you're down on employees or a truck, or you need the trailer and you're waiting behind in a job. And if you create alliances instead of enemies, we can all be much more profitable in our businesses.
