I'm so excited about this package. This is what I came down here for.
I feel like I go through more trouble trying to get everything in one trip, whether that be packages or groceries. I refuse to take more than one trip, so that's why I'm out of breath. But okay. This is the package I'm most excited for. This is from a company called Biome and they sell at home gut tests. And I've been wanting to get a gut test for so long. I've had gut issues for a very, very long time and I've just like never taken care of it as I should. So I'm gonna figure out what's going on once and for all with this test. It's super cool. Once you take the test and your results in or send the samples in, they give you the results in about, I think two to three weeks. And you can download the app and it tells you everything you need to know about like, your gut lining health and a bunch of other different metrics and like what foods to avoid for a short period of time and what foods to eat more of. So I'm so excited. Maybe I'll go a little bit more in depth about this later. Another thing that I had touched on in the last vlog was the fact that I'm getting a coat and, and today I'm like answering a very extensive questionnaire just so the coach knows everything she needs to know about me, like high weight, what are my goals, what's my history been like strength training and whatnot. I'm so excited because I feel like in the past year, but more specifically in the past couple months, I'm getting more of a handle on my overall health, whether that is internal or external. And I'm so excited to feel like this is something that I can like, own and actually educate myself on. So, so excited to take this test. I don't know what samples they're gonna need exactly.
So we'll see how many details I give you guys if you're picking up what I'm putting down. Okay. It's a little bit later. I had to take care of some household chores like laundry and cooking and just cleaning up after the trip. Because the day after a trip, especially if it's about a week long, it's a little hectic. You know, you gotta get back in the groovy groceries and things like that. But I'm about to hop on another follow up call for the turnaround. I, I believe this is my third one. This is actually the first one I'm doing where I have not been on this turnaround. This one was actually shot locally, so I had to go over the notes and like really do my research since it's not things that I know off the top of my head about this owner in particular. But I'm very excited. It's a pretty small business, honestly, like very small. It's really cool to see how many ranges reach out to Mike seeking help. It could be like smaller businesses or it could be like multi million dollar ones, so. And then also reaching out to the owners who I need to schedule call with. I got a little bit behind, honestly behind for my liking. I like to be ahead of everything, but I got a little bit behind being that we were out of town for a little bit. I think we're gonna start up our turnarounds again in February. So I need to actually talk to the rest of the media team and see when exactly what week I should be planning for. And really pushing to get more applicants to put the applications in the software we use for the media team. You guys sent a video applying for a turnaround. I get to see them and then I put them in ClickUp and all your information and all that jazz. So anyways, by the way, little update on this gut test that I was just telling you guys about. The biome 1 looks so easy to use. I'm very much looking forward to it.
And then. Yeah, I'm just gonna say it. I'm gonna say it. I've never taken a soul sample before, so that's gonna be pretty fun. I didn't really know how to even go about that. But they give clear instructions and clear tools. That's all I'm gonna say.
Anyways, Mike, bless his heart, is probably so exhausted because we went to bed late last night, got home late, and then got up kind of early. And so he probably is feeling some like comfort food. So I made the keto beef Indian curry, which looks phenomenal, and then some keto naan bread that I spaced out weirdly. So it can cool. I absolutely love cooking. Come to think of it, I'm pretty sure cooking and baking for people is like my love language. Today is Wednesday, which means it is the livestream finale for Mike's book launch. Look at that. The studio looks so good. The team works so hard. I'm so proud of him. He has 10 hours left. 9 hours and 55 minutes. He started at 9am and he plans on going all the way until midnight. Not sure if he will go all the way until midnight. I guess it just depends on Holly. Other people stay up to call in. That's insane. I definitely couldn't do that. I did not have the stamina to be able to do that. So kudos to Mike for being able to accomplish something like that, but I'm so proud of him. It is so cool. I really hope you guys are able to tune in for it and see the finale of the book launch.
Today was the 12 hour live stream to the book launch. That was the end of the book launch. We were able to donate thousands of books and kind of get started on the 100,000 book donation goal for 2026. So that'll be. It's like really just the start, honestly, of the whole massive amount of work that we needed to give away the 100,000 books to all the ads and just making that happen smoothly. So Brandon is helping with like packing all the books. Yesterday we had meetings about actually getting them all out. And then also for everyone that donated books, there are like online workshops, in person workshops, and a lot of other training that we have to create. Like the course Facebook's training, Facebook ads training. So we're getting really just started on the whole project, but it got kicked off well. 12 hours of live streaming. Let's go. I was trying to go to 15 hours, but we're already three hours ahead of most people watching. So it was midnight when I ended and so quite a few people weren't wanting to call in, understandably. So the chat was live but not the call in. And so we decided we just go ahead and end a little earlier. So it's still 12 hours but not 15 hours. And also being underneath the lights that long, my head, like my head and like my eyes are getting blurry. It's not really like stamina wise sitting there. It's just the lights just beating down up above your head while you're trying to concentrate. Something like while you're reading or you're trying to like train. And I'm looking out at the camera. The lights are like right above the periphery of the camera outside frame just beating down on me. So first world problems, but it went well. And so trying to get back in the swing of things. A bunch of meetings today and just getting everyone that I've been pushing off for days and weeks back on track and getting caught back on.
Oh, we're doing a tour. Hello everyone. This is my vitamin tour.
Full tackle bugs.
I have the same ones every day. Multivitamin, amino acids, creatine and biotin.
Yep. And banna put Some in my.
Package every single weekend. Now that the book launch is over, Michael has more time to do with other things. So what's the current focus? We have five more weeks until conference. Five and a half weeks. So lots of focus on conference. We are launching a bunch of new stuff that I'm not going to tell you about for the owners of Augusta. And so I need to work a lot on that. I'm hiring more people for that department.
Can't tell you what department it's for.
Working with Liz a bunch. She's hiring 40 more people for command center. So they're banning all the computers and all the software. We're launching new software for them to do tracking of the computers and a bunch of really cool stuff there.
And then we're trying to get more members at Homeworks. Well co pilot, soon to be Homeworks. So today I'm trying to focus on what is the strategy. Gonna referral program, ads, we're gonna make plan.
So on the live stream you obviously announced that you're changing the name from GoPilot to Homeworks. Which is what, you know, we've been hiding for a while I guess anyways. When does that take place? Like when does that official change happen?
Well, as of yesterday we kind of have semi made it somewhat. Wait, am I supposed to say that? Yeah, I think I can say that. I don't think it's gonna be like a surprise. Yeah, February 26th is when we're gonna make the official swap over so.
So why do they have to wait?
There's a lot of stuff. We have change and we don't want it to. It's gonna take a lot of resources of the team and we want to focus right now, the next month or two on a bunch of stability stuff as well as onboarding. One of the biggest reasons people leave in the first nine days, they're confused. So we're trying to make world class onboarding system so they don't get confused and they get to value faster.
So that's been. That is really what we're focusing on. In addition to like a lot of things that we push off because of lac fry launch. We're getting wait list and unscheduled work and field force and video and all these cool features done. Well now we need to focus on like the little fires that we let burn for the last few months. Fix those, it'll improve overall. Just like little edge cases. So like yesterday they fixed a bunch of stuff on the quick dispatch, four different things and there'll be a Bunch of that sort of thing over the next couple months. But then when you're getting ready for the rebrand, which is February 26th, and we originally. Well, yesterday the big topic was do we wait for the rebrand and change everything? Like all the menus and. But if we do that, we get into spring rush, and if we do that, my concern is that we don't want to be changing too much or moving things around when people are very, very busy and they've just trained all their new admin staff. So we are going to basically just change from blue to Orange on February 26th. New logo, the front facing marketing site. But then we will slowly make the changes that we want to make on the navigation, searches, filters. As much as we. We think they're very good, and I think all the members will think they're good too. We don't want to confuse people or change their working their workflow in the middle of spring rush.
To those of you who missed it, we're changing from this copilot. Yeah.
To grow without breaking.
With the link. Like the chain link. Meaning, like grow without breaking.
Sahel's operations admin. Boom.
Absolutely genius. I love that concept. Look at the beautiful Pacific Northwest, you guys. We're driving down one of my favorite spots.
Even with all the leaves gone, it's still green.
Called Chicken Nut Drive.
It's literally the best place in the world because it's still green. It doesn't seem gloomy because even though all the leaves are gone, still lots of green.
All right, folks, we are back in the spot that we came to after we did our second Spartan, and it is our favorite Thai place. It is, like 40 minutes south, so we don't come a lot. Also, you know, it's more of a cheat meal for us, but we came here just for one dish, and that is the kale chips.
Because Bana starts her extreme dieting next week.
I start with my coach next week, officially on Monday. So in like two days. And she said, oh, my meal plan, it's pretty strict. So we're going out with a bang. Getting kale chips before I won't be able to for a while and then going to do stairs. So I'm so excited.
Michael's tired. Amazing. Oh, my goodness. I'm so excited. Much to Michael's dismay, I came home one day with a gingerbread kit. We put one together last December and now it's like, gonna be a tradition for us.
Except this year it's inflation. There's four.
We're doing a little Gingerbread village. And we're going to do a little competition. There's four buildings and only one icing bag, actually, so that's a little bit unfortunate.
This is a bank.
I'm going to do the bank.
Of course. Just go ahead and pick. Whatever, man. It cracked. It is cracked. Oh, wait. These are the gingerbread braces. Is that right? How is that right? Are we supposed to break this?
Yeah, this all breaks apart.
Oh, wow.
You're right. These are so small.
Tiny.
Okay, I guess it's a little bit better. What do I even have? I have the chalet.
I need some super glue, bro.
No, no, no, no. We don't have any other glue.
I like it.
That's not gonna work. Why don't you let me just ice it?
I think it'll work.
That's okay. Sure. That's your building.
Okay. I do Santa's house and I do sweet shop it. Look easy.
Okay. I'm in the candy shop. I'm ahead already. Let's go.
Oh, this is a competition.
Oh, this is a competition.
Oh, this is the roof. I'm actually. Oh, my word. Putting the roof as the wall. Why is the wall so tiny? Tiny.
Can I have the icing, please?
Look at this, you guys. He.
I just want to make the point.
That I improvised instead of paint the.
Box like I did.
Look, I dealt with a broken roof.
Look, his wall doesn't go all the way up into the ceiling. Because he misplaced. He mismatched these walls for those.
I still get points because I got first.
No, you don't have. First in what?
First.
First in making a house that's most likely to fall apart.
Nope.
Good thing. No gingerbread.
I have good ventilation.
Mine looks pretty near perfect. Just don't look at the back. Look at the back.
Can you just move it?
Hey, hey, hey, hey. You're gonna sabotage. I don't trust you.
That thing's gonna fall down.
What do you mean?
Mine has good ventilation.
See, the hack is to actually just get a pre built gingerbread house and then just decorate it. Because that's the fun part. I totally botched that. I'm totally missing a whole wall. I'm so confused.
You moved.
What? Yeah, that's right. Yes. But then the other side has a whole gap. Like, what happened? All right, before I decorate these masterpieces, this is what.
The candy shop looks like with a gaping hole right there. And then.
What's this one? I think this is the chalet. Oh, my word. It's like actually falling.
We're just gonna look at the front, and then Michael is over here decorating already.
Man, I think I've won the game.
Hey, as long as I just put emphasis and make one absolutely perfect, I'll still win. My mistake was trying to follow what the box shows.
Your mistake was trying to compete with my toe.
Not true. This was a practice house. This other house is the real deal.
Yeah, well, guess what. Guess what? You don't have two houses.
Well, I don't think I'd want two houses if they look anything like yours, because that one's missing half the wall.
Hey, hey, hey, hey. At least I didn't die in mine. Yours collapsed.
It's fixable. I can fix him. Look. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Oh, that's the roof.
Fixed. You know, I don't know why I ever doubted myself. As long as you believe in yourself, you pacify the haters. You come up on top, even if you're having to hold yourself up. The icing's all dry now, so it's just useless.
Okay, we're taking that out of frame. We're putting emphasis on the beautiful candy shop.
What happened to your door?
It looks beautiful. House tour. We have a beautiful, lovely candy shop. You know, she. She might need a little renovation. She might be. She might need to be flipped. You know, do a little house flip eventually. But I'd say, you know, a little remodel, you know, maybe might redo the kitchen. Put a new oven in there, you see, Right in there. Needs a new oven. But besides that, I'd say it's flawless. And then over here, we have. Oh, sorry. Sorry about that. Now right here, we have the candy shop. Okay. Look at this gorgeous wreath that's staying together so nicely. Little Christmas tree. A door with the doorknob that's on the floor. That's intentional, I promise. Look at that beautiful pipe work on the roof. Made, done by Andy's roofing. Hit them up. The window. You know, it got broken into. We don't even talk about that. The door is unfinished, but, you know, they tried.
Beautiful. I have to say, the roof is beautiful. Piping's done well. Also, the other window got broken into, but it is what it is. All right. Ready for your house tour?
Let's go up here in the crib. Let me show you the house tour. My crib here. I don't know what this one's called. This one has ventilation. Extra ventilation up the side here, mostly because I just was supposed to put this wall here and that wall there. Got a little switcheroo. Situation. Oh, man. Sorry. The shingles are a little accentuated. Okay, so that's that one.
So what's up with this line on the roof but not on the other side?
Branna gave me a faulty piece of gingerbread, but that cracked, so I improvised in a little home repair situation, and I fixed the roof. So then this one. This is what I'm really proud of, is this wreath. I just want to point that out, that this is pretty fantastic. My doorknobs keep falling down. I just want to also point out that I'm the only one that did a ridge line, so I do think I should get extra points for that, so you all let me know in the comments. But, you know, I think it's a clear runaway victory, if you know what I'm saying. Like, let's just compare these. All right.
At least I got all the pieces to my houses, right?
We over here with the Joneses and we over here with the.
Hey, please be gentle. They're fragile.
Next year, we have to get one gingerbread houses that are pre made.
I agree. And then we just decorate because we're.
Not even gonna keep these around.
I'm gonna throw mine away immediately. Anyways, thank you guys for watching. Thank you for joining along and watching our Christmas tradition.
You single their phone to.
Okay, well, let's ignore that house and talk about the beautiful Christmas tree that I made.
Look at that.
The gumdrops.
Isn't that the star is falling off?
It's still on top, though, where it's meant to be. Anyways, thanks for watching. Hope you'll have a great Monday and week and life. Bye.
Bye.
