Hey everyone. Hope you're doing super well. Let's go ahead and get started.
Just drop the link into the Facebook group.
Of course, it kicks me out of Facebook. Very good. Just get this code.
Couple reminders I wanted to share.
As I get this code. Sorry. Seven, nine, one.
All right. Can you continue? Yes.
Okay.
First thing I wanted to review real quick was.
I mentioned this already, but Google Listings is having all sorts of problems or they're doing a bunch of screening, they're taking out people that have post office boxes, etc. So do not be surprised, do not be alarmed if you do get suspended. There's a process to follow the appeal process in place to be able to get reinstated. Honestly, in my opinion, it's actually a good thing that they are making it as hard as they are to have a Google listing account. It keeps it from having getting spammed like random accounts getting set up and makes it harder for people to get set up. The same thing with Google Local services. It's kind of crazy that it's been, you know, three, four years since they built that product and still in a lot of our markets there's. You're the only provider of Google Local that is Google guaranteed. And in part that's because it is so hard to get in the program. So I'm actually kind of happy that they're making this, these changes at Google Listings. I think this will actually weed out a lot of Chuck and A trucks that are not going to go through the whole process of verifying, submitting their insurance, their utility bills to be able to get those.
Google listings verified and back up once they have been taken down. So I'm actually happy about it. I know it's very, very disheartening and disturbing and annoying when they are taken down. Currently, I think three of my locations got taken down last week. Again, so it is annoying, it is frustrating. I get it. But just work through the process. Submit all the verification, your franchise agreements, insurance policies, utilities, whatever you can submit to them to prove that address and get back on Google listing. Very, very important. So again, book coaching. Call if you need help. Chuck has gone through this, Lee has gone through this and making sure that we get you back on Google listings.
Without any further delay. Oh, there's one other thing. Oh yeah, funny thing. So we have this, we had this spring rush challenge at Command Center. It's basically there's two challenges now. So I had the first challenge and my challenge is if they, if we have under a 0.5% drop rate of phone calls so 1 out of 200, as long as we, if we do better than 1 out of 200 missed calls throughout the spring rush, that's March, April, May and June, then $20,000 is going to go to command center and they'll split it between the team. Then of course, Brian Rand comes and he ups me up. So he says, hey, look, anyone, if we get under, if we beat 1%. So 1 out of 100 calls getting missed, he's going to tattoo max the dog on him. So that's gonna be very interesting. And we're still determining exactly where that tattoo is going to go, but either way it'll be interesting. So we're doing that. Brian's the kind of one that works on training the new team members once they come to command center. And so he's definitely taking a very committed approach to it. All right, let's jump in. I got two questions that came in the form. Mike from Athens, Tennessee. My, my address is in Benton, Tennessee which is about 15 miles from my service area, Athens, Tennessee. My address on Google Maps is not in my service area. My parents house is in Athens and they have offered to let me use their address that I would show up on the map map in Athens. My question is, would it be worth changing the address and if I change it, how long will my Google listing be down? I don't want to miss out on the beginning of my spring rush. So here's the thing. You could switch over your address and nothing changed. Like it doesn't take you down, it doesn't mess you up at all. It might just go to like a verification like 24 to 48 hours. It could also literally probably an 80% chance it'll suspend your account and you'll have to prove that you have mail, utilities, insurance going to that account, franchise documents going to that account or to that address, etc. So just be prepared for that. But I do believe it would be worth the hassle to get on the map inside of Athens. I do believe that I would do that personally.
Matt from Delta, we're trying to use team up for scheduling but can't find any info on how to set it up. Is there a video or any info on how you guys use it so we can do the same? Yes. If you go to the academy, there is underneath other training and in the office there's a video on team up, how to set that up. Also the media team is working. Hopefully by end of spring we'll have it done to where it is, a searchable database inside the dashboard and academy for each video. Because right now, when you search in the search tab, it just pulls up a page where that video is at, but there might be 20 videos on that page. So we're gonna make a blog post basically for every single video, and then you'll be able to search information in there, and if it's mentioned inside that video, it'll pop up. So we're working on that. It's gonna take us a while, though, because there's so many tutorials and blog posts we'll need to make, but that is in the works. All right, let me delete those and then let me jump into.
A couple questions that came in here.
Mike. If a client calls in for an estimate for something we usually don't. Don't like doing, for example, like grading, is there a way we can make a list that CC can turn away this type of estimate? Yes. You just need to communicate with a command center of what services you do offer. And if it's a no, they'll put that service in there with a no. That way we literally say we do not perform those services. But you'll need to make sure it's on your list with a no, because it's just, like, nowhere to be found. We don't know if we should say yes or no. And we might just set up, say, hey, let's. We'll connect the S3 and see if that's something we can do. So I definitely recommend that.
Let's go.
Can I. Nope. So if you're going currently, if you're using. The only way we can support you from command center is if you are using service autopilot or Zooper. So using lawn Pro, you'd be having to take all your calls, all your chats, all your estimates would have to be done by yourself. For now, you can do it if you want. Absolutely. But we can't support a command center. And my. My hope is that by January 2024 that we switch everyone over to copilot, and then it would be over the course of a few months where we'd say, hey, look, you got to switch over to copilot in order to be supported at command center. It's extremely expensive for us to train everyone on two softwares. Our Google account was suspended for billing issue. Is that the same as the address issue, Logan? No. So your Google account, it's likely that your ads account.
It'S likely it's your ads account.
That has the bad billing issue. So if this is not a Google listing problem, this Looks like this. Oh, this is what you had sent me earlier. I'll look at it again. But if it's, if it's your Google account, your Google Ads account, that's just a billing problem. You need to go in there, add a new car on file and make sure it's authorized. This could be from a bad credit card, expired credit card, something bounced, something like that.
If it's a Google listing problem, that's typically the address issue. Like 80% of the time it's an address verification problem for Google listings being taken down. I want to take on the SA challenge. I feel like it'll help me better since I'm accepting growth. Yeah. So you know, you absolutely can just know it's going to take a big learning curve. If you are used to being solo, if you're used to Lawn Pro and Zoor8s a different level. And my only concern is doing that now versus just waiting until next spring when you can just jump into copilot and do one switch over. That's personally what I'd be doing. But if you, if zooper is so such a hassle for you, you know, and you're okay with technology, you definitely switch over to Service Autopilot. Get in line though because there's still probably two to three weeks. You probably have to wait two to three weeks for Command center to be able to get all of your service autopilot documents and automations. They have to go through the whole process and set up your account and then you have an onboarding call with them etc. So if you. That's of interest to you though. Estimate at August sorry help@augusta longairservices.com and they can tell you when you can get a call and go through that process. If you want to switch from super over to Service Autopilot. So all right everyone, hope you have a great Thursday and we'll see you tomorrow. Take care.
