Hey everyone. Hope you're doing super well. Let's go and get things kicked off Facebook.
Let's see how many questions came in. Oh, my word. There's 21 questions.
I think some of those are from Friday, but we get to them marathon Mondays in effect. Okay, so let me just drop this in the Facebook group real quick.
Okay.
So we did this one already.
Sorry, I just gotta go through some of these questions.
14Th of Friday.
We got that one done. Sorry, guys. Okay, let's gonna get started.
Questions, I guess.
Oh, by the way, if you are in service autopilot and you are having problems with speed, you are not alone. It's been very frustrating the past week. It's put us behind quite a bit of command center people having to refresh their computers and walk away from their desk. It's extremely frustrating. So I don't know why we haven't got any details. We've seen multiple tickets. I think most everyone is experiencing that Seems somewhat geographically based. Seems like the west coast is affected more based on what I'm seeing inside Facebook groups. But yeah, it really hurt us last week. Just finished by financing a little bit. But anyways, we will recover. Hopefully it improves one of these days. Okay, let's jump into it. Present share screen.
Okay, I think this is.
Will copilot remove the need for team up for project schedule. Sorry, now I'm doubting myself. The 14th. The 14th is.
Friday.
I sure hope I didn't delete. I might delete one or two questions accidentally that were submitted.
Anyways. Okay.
Zoom in. Let's get started. Yeah. Joel from Lafayette says will copilot remove the need for teamwork project scheduling. Yes, that is the goal. By the time we get in there, it'll have budgeted hours for a weekly and monthly basis, etc. It also.
Is useful because as of this morning.
I have the ability to now on the KPI board. This right here kind of shares with you how far you're booked out. It used to be a manual input, but now it's actually using this employees. Employee 1. For example, you got daily budget hour capacity and you got weekly. It's using this number right here. So if you say, okay, the weekly is 30 budget hours, boom, hop back into here.
It's now sharing exactly how far where you can put jobs on the schedule. So this is super helpful because you got a five hour cleanup. Okay, great. I got space next week or in two weeks from now. And I got space here. But there's obviously another project here I shouldn't be putting it here. So. So right now it's on a weekly basis down the road. We want to get this to a daily basis to tell you exactly where to book it. But yeah, in terms of the actual calendar view, it's not there yet, but we'll get there. And that is when I go into.
Where did I put it? There it is. Schedule, schedule. And then this is the current view of the dispatch board. We will have budget hours off to the left or right hand side for like each week, et cetera. And then down the road, our goal would be that this is on more of a daily basis and you would simply look at a graph and tell you when exactly you're booked out and when you can put it on the schedule.
All right.
Joel from Lafayette. When Command center adds an Office note on a client profile for do not service, could they also update the client name to append, do not cert, DNS or something similar?
I haven't seen a way to view Office Notes from the SA mobile app. And last week I created an estimate job from the app. After getting a response on a one email, the client had two officers to say do not service. But I couldn't see that in the app. If the client name had an indicator, I would have been immediately obvious. I shouldn't have should send the estimate. We're not going to put it inside the client name. Mostly due to the fact that we're just, we have so many workarounds right now. Like literally making my head spin as I continue to look at what we're doing with service, autopilot and things like this. I understand from this SA mobile app you can't see that, but like, we just have so many workarounds right now and it's so difficult to train people when we have things like this. Like, okay, now we're going to put DNS not only in the profile in the Office Notes, but also in the client's name. We're just gonna, we're gonna create a lot of issues and mistakes and it's also just a workaround because like when we are in Copilot, we will, we will fix this. Like, okay, this is a problem. Let's make sure that Office Notes are visible in the mobile app. Right? So I'm pretty sure there is a way to do this. But I could be wrong. As you see Office Notes, it might be a user permissions from your perspective. But I do remember this being an issue for years. I don't know why you can't be Office Notes as the owner. Yeah, no, I think you're right. If I remember correctly you've always never been able to see office notes from the mobile app. Someone who knows otherwise please correct me but I remember that being an issue for years.
Mike Athens.
I've, I have. I have had a chance to listen to a couple phone calls on Google Local. The CC operated an awesome job. It would be nice to have a way to send a shout out to these operators. Just a thought. If you put it in the Facebook group I will definitely pass that along. 100 especially right now when we're dealing with a lot of this software glitches and waiting and Internet scrolling and yeah. Matt Bedel from Delta hey Chuck, I saw hey Mike. I saw Chuck doing instant quotes for 39.59 pricing. Have you noticed much difference on closing mode jobs when you price it 3959 vs 5040 60? Should we change our MO matrix to these odd numbers? Take advantage of the sales tactic. I like it. I saw this too. We obviously have not split tested this. It'd be very difficult to split test this because you'd have to at the exact same time to similar neighbors. You'd actually have to probably alternate your door hangers from address to address to actually get a good representation because if you do it on different days or different neighborhoods or different parts of town, you completely mess your data up. So I've never split test this but I, I heard what he was saying in the video. I think it's a good idea whether you change your pricing matrix or not. That's up to you. I don't think that it's gonna make a big a deal if they've called in or already made an action towards getting a quote. But when it comes to raw like people like cold contacts which is like a door hanger, yard sign, things like that, that is usually when the dollar less I think would make an impact on the psychology.
Devin from Red Deer, Alberta. Roughly how much is the 10 location executive model going to cost starting out and how much population is going to start location? Because I live around a lot of middle class 10k towns that would be profitable. Thanks man. Yeah, so it's six locations. All the information for the executive model is on the website. AugustAlongerServices.com franchise. We've had a couple interested people but I think they'll probably join next spring just because we just put it out like last month or two. So feel free to get more information on the website. And there's no population minimum but there's just a territory size requirement. And we require you open them up within a couple a year or two of buying it. You don't have to start them all in one year. You can do them and say a couple this year and a couple next year. You can do that. That's fine. Max Harwood, can you show us how to make a deduction from an employee's P4P? Can you show us how to make a deduction from an employee ppp?
A manual adjustment?
Yeah, like Mac, I don't think I'm reading your question wrong correctly. Maybe clarify it, because I think you're just asking how to do a manual adjustment.
And do a negative manual adjustment. Yeah, like if that's the question. Yeah, just a negative number inside the manual adjustment column inside the software will do that for you. But I think I'm not reading your question right. Oh, here we go. Can deductions and additions to be 2ppp be logged in the same day? For example, for instance, if an employee gained a client and receives a 50 bonus applied to PKP plus base the. They also damage a property to receive a $50 o. That's a good question. Let me check it out. Now I understand what you're talking about.
Right. Let's see here. Share this tab.
Okay, so let's go. Time cards.
Time card. No, I want franchise. Go back to last week.
Here. Great.
