Hey everyone, it's Mike over at Copilot CRM and I'm recording outside because we actually are moving into a new office and all the studios are being built out. I have two quick announcements that I want to give to you. First off, we have a big update for teams that are managing estimates and projects. You can now see a new scheduling status for every estimate and every estimate line item. No more manually tracking which estimates are waiting to be scheduled. You can just see it all at a glance. So in this update you can instantly spot which estimates or line items haven't been scheduled yet. You can add unscheduled line items to existing or new visits and this ultimately allows you to eliminate missed jobs and boost the follow through across your team so customers don't accept the job and then they never hear back from you. This update is a major step towards our upcoming wait list and unscheduled work tracker designed to help you manage accepted work that hasn't yet been scheduled. It's all going to be in one place. This is the groundwork though of what's to come. No more forgotten estimates, no more digging through notes to see what's next. So keep an eye out. Wait list and unscheduled work are just around the corner. And that leads me to my second announcement today and those are going to be released at our Black Friday event. So if you haven't Already, go to mikeandys.com blackfriday and sign up for a free training event where we're also going to be announcing what we're working on this offseason at Co Pilot to be able to make sure that your spring rush in 2026 is the best year yet.
