The business can't run without you for a week. This is an early warning sign that you're one emergency away and life happens. You're one sickness away and you don't want to be caught with your pants down. Change the business now and create systems. What does that mean? Systems. Simplify and standardize everything. Simplify means easy. Make it really easy for people to be able to come clock in and start their day for the— everything's on their app and they're rocking and rolling, not printing off sheets and where did that one go? And where's the map? What's the route for? No, like simplify it. And then standardized. That's the same way every single time.
