Ladies and gentlemen, I've made it. I'm riding a scooter in the office. Officially. Officially an entrepreneur. It's fantastic. So one month ago, by the way, the scooters are. Because we only have one bathroom here, so we got a ride down to get the public ones down to strip them all here. Not fantastic, but you can make it enjoyable. All right. One month ago, we got an email from my landlord saying, we are not going to renew your lease. Now, we had three offices at the building. There was enough parking. We kind of taken it over. We'd been there for a few years. But what stunk is a month, a week or two later, we had to have conference with 350 people. It's gonna be a divider here. Deaths on both sides. In a couple weeks, this place is gonna have 50 people in here answering phone calls, doing payroll, sending out estimates for Augusta Nation. It's gonna be fantastic. I think the thing that I learned is just take action, be decisive, move quickly, and just realize that progress is far perfection. So spring rush is coming up.
