Mike Andes defends his winter cleaning service against scam accusations. Biweekly winter visits cost $300-400 total versus $1,000 for two seasonal cleanups, and include walkway blowing, gutter cleaning, and weatherproofing tasks.

About $1,000 total
About $50 every other week
Approximately $300–$400 for the season
I am being ripped off big time. In my last video, people were saying that I was a scammer because I was charging customers despite the grass not growing and it was a dormant season. However, winter services for us, we actually make less money than if we were to charge the customer for just two property cleanups. If we came in the fall and we did a property cleanup and we came in the spring and did a property clip, it's probably $1,000 between those two cleanups. Whereas if we come every other week for $50, you literally looking at three or $400 for the entire winter season and your property looks good the entire time. We blow off the walkways, pick up any branches, make sure the beds are cleaned out, the gutters are cleaned out, and we even put on the little the faucets outside, the little foam covers and the vent covers for your crawl space. All that's taken care of with winter services. It's a great deal. Our customers love it and it saves them a lot of money.
