Save hours every week with Saved Routes

Mike Andes from Copilot CRM shows how to save routes in the dispatch board to cut hours from your weekly schedule. Set up recurring job routes once, then reuse them instantly instead of rebuilding the same route every time.

Hey everyone, it's Mike Andes over at Copilot CRM and I wanted to give you a quick update on something we've just released and is a first step towards saved routes inside of copilot. Now from the dispatch board, when you're optimizing your stops, you will now see the ability to be able to save that route for a weekly or a bi weekly route. And we heard from a lot of members like, hey look, we have a lot of recurring jobs and the same crew goes out into the same route and every single week. Now you'll be able to lock in that route order for on a weekly. So every week or every two weeks, bi weekly, right from the optimization inside the dispatch board. Now this is the first step towards really creating what we think of as save routes where you can really look at the route secondarily, see which days of the week and be able to really manipulate the route. But this is the first step towards that by just when you're optimizing, be able to lock that optimization and that route order in for a weekly or bi weekly service. We're making some other modifications to the dispatch board also to make dispatching easier. For example, the ability to be able to change a route order from the map instead of always have to scroll down to the list view as well as being able to see the actual driving directions between each route stop, so you can actually see what the computer is thinking when it optimizes and see where the directions of the computer are taking your route and taking your crew when they're going from job to job to job. These are just some of the modifications. This is certainly an evolution and improvements being made to the dispatch board over the next several months.
