I don't understand what what kind of a scam you're running here. But this, this charge is not authorized. I got a $25 charge. What the heck is that for?
Don't have any contracts and someone can cancel anytime. However, we do ask that they give us 24 hour heads up instead of canceling when the crew shows up at their house. We don't charge if someone does do a late cancellation, but after a couple times, we do have to charge them half the price of the moat, which I think is reasonable just to cover the cost of the crew driving out to their property.
All of our calls are recorded, so if you had called in, it would have shown up on our system and the only call we have received was from today.
