One of our franchisees called into the command center.
Hey, can you look at the the dispatch board and let me know if is done with all of his properties and if he's clocked out?

Looks like he still has a couple left to do that need to be done.
That are done. And they've been dispatched?
Yes, they have.
Oh, boy.
That doesn't sound good.
Yeah, no, I just pulled up to my lot and he was here. I'm pretty sure he's sleeping in his car. That and then he just left, so. Yeah, yeah, I'll. I'll address that in the morning, I suppose.
