A short YouTube video (by Mike Andes) including a transcript of an on-site customer confrontation where a customer accuses staff of selling her personal information, demands to speak to a supervisor, and expresses feelings of discrimination and mistrust.
They need to explain themselves to an attorney. Once I give my information about where my keys are located, I don't expect you all to sell my information to someone else. And I do feel like that's a very discriminatory act. How dare you. Even if I lived in Martinez, I feel like I would be treated better. You have a manager? Can I speak to a supervisor who's on site right now? This customer was convinced we were selling her information to scammers and marketers.
