Nothing matters other than the fact that he's a play. I don't care what you have in your system. You know, if he's so irresponsible that he can't come and see me today, what makes you think that he was going to tell you what he was going to do? That's the only thing that matters. And I don't want him out here again. In fact, I think you should fire him. Fire him? You know what? That's all you need to worry about. Because if he does it to me, he's going to do it to another old person. And you know what? We're going to fight back because we're not going to put up with the bullshit of being treated like because we're over 60. You don't sound a day over 30. Thank you very much. That's very sweet of you. I'm not mad at you, I'm just frustrated. No, no, I. I get it. Well, I think you guys should fire. I've gotten other people fired for it. Ran a freaking hospital and I don't put up.
We are not going to fire a long term team member over one very innocent mistake. It is much harder to find a good team member than it is to find another customer.
