This customer demanded a refund because the date on their credit card statement when we took funds out of their account did not match up with the day that we did service. But of course it doesn't. We charge your card on Monday when we do service on Monday, but that probably means it's going to hit your account on, like, Tuesday or Wednesday. Honestly, I think she was just trying to get a free movie.
