Mike Andes explains Solomon's Paradox: King Solomon gave wise advice to others but couldn't solve his own problems. Business owners get stuck the same way, too close to daily operations to see what's broken. An external coach or consultant provides the distance needed to spot what you're missing.
This really just shows the value of having a coach or someone else to look at your business that is not constantly in the operations every single day. It's known as Solomon's Paradox, meaning Solomon was super smart and wise for everyone else's problems, but like seriously messed up in his personal life. And it's because he had vision into someone else's third-party problems. And so having a coach, a consultant, a competitor, someone else to come in and give you advice, it's not rocket science. And to them it seems very clear because they're outside of the problems of your business.
