Short transcript excerpt from a YouTube video by Mike Andes showcasing a humorous/odd customer phone call. The host introduces the business (lawn care/landscaping) and frames the clip as an example of a 'crazy' customer call; the customer (Speaker A) delivers eccentric, disjointed remarks about age, perception, and bureaucracy. The clip emphasizes the comedic and bewildering nature of some incoming calls.
We do lawn care, landscaping. But sometimes the customer phone calls that come in are just crazy. Here's one of them.
I tell them I'm 74 and ain't nobody kill, kill me yet. Everybody thinks me, I just didn't go blind. He should have went stupid. Well, I refused to do that. So I'm always coming up with something different, you know.
That'S always good. Can I get that address again? Just to make sure you're within our service?
I got convinced everybody's turned into Hitler's grandchildren, you know?
You know? Yeah, you're. You're very nice. Most of the secretaries and workers I to, but when I try to deal with bureaucrats, they're incompetent.
