Stop Doing In-Person Estimates! (Do THIS Instead)

Mike Andes shows instantmowingquote.com, an AI tool that generates lawn-mowing estimates instantly from satellite images or map clicks, no phone calls or site visits needed. The first five quotes are free. Prices pull from a backend matrix and include optional add-ons and e-signatures.

If you own a lawn mowing business, this video is for you. I've created a tool that you can sell jobs directly from your website without customers having to call you, without you have to go visit the property, without you having to measure the property on Google Earth or Google Maps. This tool is completely free for you. So the problem with a lot of online web forms is you fill the thing out and then you wait a couple of days for you as a business owner to go out and visit the property. To measure the property on Google Maps and call the customer with a quote or send it back to them. This tool fixes that problem called instantmowingquote.com. If you go there, you can go check it out. It's completely free up to the first 5 properties that you scan. And if you're part of HomeWorks and the enterprise level subscription, then you get up to 100 tokens per month. Again, completely free. There is no paid tier of the tool. There are 3 ways that it's measuring and you can choose which one you want. Either the customer can put in their address and then we use multiple layers of AI and satellite imaging. We'll give an accurate turf square footage and a price to the customer. That's option 1. Option 2 is where they just immediately can measure their property and use points on a map to measure the square turf, the turf square footage, and then the price is outputted based upon the price matrix that you put on the backend. And then the third option is just small, medium, and large, and you can choose which image you want customer to see, and then based upon them choosing which property looks like theirs, they would then get a price. They can accept immediately the price from the form and they can select any add-ons that they might want to also add to just the mowing service. Now, I want to be really clear, this is not associated with HomeWorks. This is an AI tool that I have built. I believe that AI is extremely important. And as we open up the API and MCP access at HomeWorks, having tools like this that you might build on the side and then plug into your CRM has full database security and authentication and access and making sure that your data of your customers is actually secure. Being able to build these tools like I've built is really important. And so I highly recommend go check it out. You can embed this directly into your website. You can also have a standalone URL and you send people to— you could also make it into a QR code. You can also directly integrate this using Zapier or webhooks into your CRM so the contact information is brought over automatically. There's a lot of things I'm skipping over 'cause there's a lot of cool features like signature blocks and other tools that I've built directly into these forms. If you're just getting started with Mowing, you can get 5 customers a month and not pay a single penny. And you can integrate with whoever you want. If you're wanting to get a whole lot more access, 100 tokens, 100 credits per month, then you can make sure you're part of HomeWorks enterprise level. This is my way of saying thank you to the community. This does cost a lot of money in terms of the AI and all the imaging that we're using. And there are tools like DeepLawn that are phenomenal, but you're going to be paying a couple hundred bucks a month if you're doing any sort of, you know, 50, 60, 70 new quotes every single month being accepted. I highly recommend go check it out, play with it, and if it's useful, you can directly integrate your website into your CRM and start selling jobs directly from your website without any admin time, phone calls, or any manual input whatsoever from you. And I think it's a really fantastic tool. Go check it out. And if you go to the feature request page, you can actually submit features that you would like to see added to it, upvote those from other members. And if I have the bandwidth, I'll keep playing with it. Again, keep in mind, this is just me working on this on the weekends at night, but I wanted to create a tool. And this is my way of saying thank you to the lawn care industry for everything you've given me and all of your support.
