THANKSGIVING, BOOK LAUNCH, + FL VACATION

Brianna and Mike Andes juggle Thanksgiving travel, a leadership team lunch, and launching a book. Mike's dealing with a software rollout at work while they're heading to Florida, and the whole thing is chaotic.

Good morning and happy Monday. It has been a very, very busy morning. I got my strength training in early so I can come home and prep everything that's needed for the co pilot leadership team lunch. And I have pretty much everything done. I just need to kind of take it to the office, assemble everything like the charcuterie board and the cheesecake bites and whatnot, and then serve. So right now I have the meatball simmering in the sauce, which, in all honesty, I forgot one kind of important component for the sauce. There's not really enough, but.
Yeah, that's. That's the one fail. Everything else has gone well, so I didn't let that, like, bother me too much. You know what I'm saying? And then warming in the oven, we have the jalapeno poppers, the chicken wings, we have the cream cheese pinwheels. I'm gonna put the jalapeno poppers on this side. And then the pecan pie bars and the cheesecake bites with the berry compote somewhere in there. Somewhere. There's a berry compote somewhere in there that I'm put on the cheesecake bites and then the cheese ball with the charcuterie board that I will assemble at the office. So it's been a very bus morning, in all honesty. I prepped the pinwheels, the cream cheese pinwheels, like, Saturday night, Sunday, I did a lot of prep, and this morning I kind of did, like, the hot stuff, like the jalapeno poppers, the meatballs, and the chicken wings. So I'm so excited to get it served, and I hope they like it. If they hate it, I probably won't know, but that's okay. Anyways, let's go ahead and take this to the office.
Okay. I need to pin you, so I'll see your how to register as a company. I've done it where it's like. That's just included in your what's up Vlog. It is a few days later since you saw that last clip. I know, I know. I just didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable with the camera or just like, me filming things that is not quite ready to be revealed yet, you know? So it was a really good visit with the leadership team. I'll let Mike touch on it after a while, but I feel like it was just really, really good for the team to meet everyone else in person and for the co pilot leadership team to meet the Augusta leadership team and all that. So lunch turned out great. I mean, I think so. Seemed like they enjoyed it. And I had so much fun making it. I just, like, love hosting and, like cooking food for people, and that kind of just reminded me how much I enjoy it. So it was really fun. But I believe they're all flying out today. Now, Mike is mostly just focused on the live stream coming up. And then December 3rd, another live stream. Right now. I'm making a Chuck ro for tonight because we're having an early Thanksgiving celebration with Mike's extended family. We will be out of town. We're going back to Alabama next week. And I'm so excited. I can see my parents, my brother, and my sister in law that I. I haven't seen my brother and sister in law ever since April. So I'm excited for that. So for tonight, I'm making a little chuck roast and some probably, like, keto brittle. This morning, I went to a Pilates class. I used to do Pilates quite often. Like last about this time last year, I used up most of my classes and just never got another package. But I got another package and I'm getting back into it, and it's honestly so fun. Like, strength training will always be my favorite, but Pilates is super fun, and it's a new way to move your body, and it is challenging. Obviously, you're not working your body as much as you would like. Strength training. It's more like slower movement and time under tension. But it is so, so good and challenging. Now that the chuck roast is all seasoned, I'm gonna stick it in this heated Dutch oven and sear it on all sides.
To give us an extra flavor before we actually roast it. Here's a little life hack for you guys that I also just learned. A few days ago, I was watching a video of Gordon Ramsay's and he was giving cooking tips. And if you, once you peel your onion, you don't cut off, like, the root part, I guess, and it won't make you cry. The onion doesn't bleed out. And ever since learning that, I've tried it and it is, it works. I don't cut off the tip until, like, the very last slice, and then it doesn't make me cry. Here's a little life hack for you. Check out that beautiful sear. Now we have vegetables in here. We're gonna let it saute for about three to four minutes before adding the roast back in. And some chicken stock.
Yeah, my seat belt's on. We're on our way to the airport to go down to Alabama for Thanksgiving. Our car is having issues on the way there. First of all this is not the first issue, actually. American Airlines notified us that we our flight got diverted into Oregon and we're missing a layover.
So that was the first issue.
Now our car is having brake issues, and it's like new ish. Anyways, we'll keep you posted.
Their workflow. So whether it's just Augusta or roll it out to everyone, I think it is like one of those things we got to tell them about pretty quickly. Working on the wait list. Oh, this is coming out next week, right? Yeah, wait list and unscheduled work. So we're trying to roll it out. We've been trying to roll out that's like three to four days, but we've just been in staging and testing and making sure it's good. So it's a little bit high risk because it touches every scheduled job. So we're thinking we're gonn it out to just Augusta Nation, and just to make sure it's good, we're like 99.99% sure it's good. And then if nothing go crazy, then we can launch it out, like, tomorrow, the next day to everyone else. But what I'm pushing for is let's get it out soon, because with Thanksgiving being right around the corner right after that's our Black Friday event. I need to have as many reps of people seeing as possible so that by the time we go live, it is battle tested. Banna battle tested.
How long has the waitlist feature been in the works?
Oh, Lord. It's been asked from day one, everyone. That's the number one most requested feature so people can leave service autopilot. Now we're on the vlog Mike with the name drop. So that's really the main objective. That's a big reason people need it for a job that was accepted on an estimate, but you don't know exactly where it should go. But then we're surprising everybody with unscheduled work because there's a problem, and that is schedule from an estimate. Pick and then estimate this, and you go fill it down, and then you find the estimate. They go to the estimate list. Estimates are accepted and then scheduled inside the estimate. Too much work, Vanna.
Too much work.
Too much work. So we made unscheduled work on one.
Page update on the car. By the way, we still have the break.
Yeah. At least it's not like filtering through 20 different error messages.
So I was driving, and then all of a sudden, the whole dashboard went crazy. Like, every single light was lit up, every single warning Was happening.
Well, Betsy likes the daily Dr. And.
The car was slowing down. Like, I was pressing accelerator. It wouldn't speed up, so we had to pull over. We swapped and then restarted the car. Turns out it's like a. It's a computer issue, I guess. Or break.
Maybe this, like, smito in. In the driver's seat.
It still has a warning light on, but. True. Maybe it just prefers its designated driver. That's why I'm the passenger at all times. No, but. So we're able to hopefully get to the airport, you know, on time.
Even if we missed our flight. I mean, that. It' not that big of a deal because our first flight's already kind of a mess. Let me just show you guys. Okay, let me just show you what we're looking at.
Yeah.
So originally we were flying from SeaTac from Seattle into Dallas, from Dallas to Mobile. Now because the Seattle airport is having trouble with fuel getting fuel, we're having to fly into Portland. But our next flight is from Dallas, Mobile. Y' all see the issue here? We have no layover from Portland into Dallas. American Airlines really screwed us over with this one, so we're just gonna have to figure it out whenever we get to Portland, I guess. You know what I wonder, Benna? What?
I bet we're going to Portland, refueling and taking off again, but we don't have a connection between Portland and Dallas.
I really, really hope you're right. I so hope you're right.
That would make the most sense. Well, it's been happening for the past week at Seattle airport because bp, you know, everyone's trying to switch to electric and green, but I still need fuel in my jet.
So.
Okay, if that's true, then that's why they pushed our flight til later. So make our layover from Dallas into Mobile.
Right.
Best case, we get into Mobile today. But honestly, I had my expectations on tomorrow, just in case.
And not having our luggage.
That's also exactly this morning.
We both were like, send the expectations low, folks.
We're like, no matter what. I mean, this is expected. Traveling around the holidays is brutal no matter what. So, like, we'll be fine.
It's okay. As long as we get that waitlist out today, folks. Anyways, Car taboos. Yeah.
Oh, my goodness. Okay, this. This was my thought process. Whenever all those lights started flashing, I was like, you know what? If we cannot make it to the airport? This is a sign from God. Something bad would have happened on the airplane, and we're good. Like, that's. I was, like, logging myself through It. But it ended up being fine. So maybe we just needed a couple seconds delay for some reason.
Already playing through how she was getting off the exit ramp of the plane in case of emergency in the middle of the ocean. And then we realized we were flying across.
And there's no water for us to drown in. Yep.
Right.
Is it really necessary to have life jackets on a plane if you're just flying across land?
Well, I mean, you know, there's lakes.
Yeah, but why would I land in a lake? That would be dumb.
Well, it's better than landing on land without a Runway.
No.
And then you crash into a tree.
You know why they say landing? Because you land on land, Panda.
A crash landing is not technically a landing. You're crashing.
Rather crash on land than water where you're gonna drown. Right.
But you can be. It's a softer landing.
My question is this. Why do we have a whole bunch of life jackets if we don't fly over water? Just think about it for a minute. It kind of is pointless, don't you think?
It's extra cushion for when you do crash.
Please excuse the travel hair. It's been a long day. We are in Dallas right now. This is where connecting flight is and we'll be at my parents house around midnight. What are your plans during this layover?
Work on lead pages for the book launch. Oh, how is the copilot launch going? Not great.
We keep having this problem where people are going to have to log out and then log back in to see the changes, which is a cookie issue. We can't figure it out. We will figure it out probably within the next hour. But we don't want to have to make you a log out and then log back in to see the wait list.
Third flight of the day.
Happy Thanksgiving, you guys. We are in Alabama visiting my family. I'm in my old room right now. Pretty crazy. This is my vlog. Camera.
What is that?
This is my vlog.
Oh, I'm recording anything, Mom. Hey, what's up guys? We're part of Brianna's vlog now.
Do it horizontal. No.
Oh.
Switch to the actual. Oh, okay.
That's how it works.
What's up guys?
My name is.
My name is Jeremiah and this is. We are the new vloggers of this channel.
Everyone just clicks off.
Brianna is now gone. Unforeseen circumstances have happened. Do not look in the trunk of my car.
Happy Thanksgiving. And may the most important side of life, the spiritual side, increase. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray.
Amen.
Amen wow, what a cool podcast video help.
Especially this year. You came through your thing.
Yes, thank you, thank you. Thank you for being thankful.
Yeah, thankful dad came through that everyone's healthy.
No one's in a wheelchair. He's got.
Dancing for some odd reason.
This is high tech right here.
Hi, my name is Matthew. This is my daughter Brianna. We're not live nowhere, are we?
No, we are alive.
This is my son in law, Michael. He's a great guy.
What's your favorite thing about Mike? What are you thankful for? It's not Mike.
It's about the vlog. I'm glad he's got family thankfuls.
He's intelligent and he has faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Goodness.
He's, he's got good ground. He's grounded like electricity to the earth. He doesn't fly off in wild electricity through the sky and clouds of like wildness. He seems like a very stable man. I'm happy for my daughter that he that she found a nice, decent, God fearing.
I know.
Do y' all have any closing thoughts?
Welcome to my life. So what do you think about that dinner? What do you think about that dinner? What do you think about going out and taking a walk? What do you want to do? What do you want to do? What do you want to do?
I'm trying to squeeze content out of you. I need things to film. That's all we are. We're just content.
That's exactly all this character is in her story. Go color.
Yeah.
So you got one?
Got one. Don't hit it.
Don't pull the color.
Top of the fridge. Here we go.
Welcome everyone to my book launch event. I'm very proud to present to you.
The Copy and paste Millionaire. The home service blueprint to make $3 million. For everyone else, I'm asking for your help to reach the hundred thousand book goal. Together I have created four tiers of donation. They correspond with the four leadership hats. So let's get started. This is the very first donation tier. Let's open it up.
10 book donation package. The next donation tier is for the working GM. This is the 20 book donation tier. If you donate 20 books, you're getting access to a private copy and Paste millionaire online workshop with me. Now inside of that workshop, this is what we're going to be going over. I'll walk you through the copy and paste millionaire method in depth. We'll decide for your business between scaling with multiple locations or growing one location to $3 million or more. Second part of the workshop is gonna be a Couple hours worth of Q and A. This is the full time GM donation tier. Can you see that? Oh wow. Let's go. That's like taking up the entire set. Alright, it's 100 books and that leads me to the GM donation tier. So this is, it's massive. Oh, I gotta tear off more paper. We didn't get it all. And I present to you.
A new reimagined brand for copilot, CRM, Homeworks, Homeworks links, sales operations and admin.
All right, so yesterday was the book launch. We flew over to Pensacola, Florida. Our travel coordinator coordinated a two day mini vacation.
Let him rest and recharge after the live stream, you know.
So I came over to the other side of the country to see the sunshine.
Like absolutely crushed that live stream. I'm so proud of him because even though technically it's all over in three and a half, four hours, he's worked on this for months. And the book itself like months and months of hard work.
So not done yet. We gotta go back. I have a big livestream next Wednesday.
In the new studio.
So what's the difference between that versus the live stream we did yesterday?
Well, Q A because yesterday it was Thanksgiving so I didn't want to do like a. Well not Thanksgiving but Black Friday so most people with their family. So I wasn't, I didn't want to do like a 12, 14 hour long thing also because of a lot of the donations and like sign up for copilot. I didn't want to make it one day only thing. So basically all weekend long like I'll be notifying people about the change of the brand to homeworks then with a book. And then next Wednesday I'll do like a long live stream. I'm hoping to do 15 hours but we'll see.
And you're just gonna be more interactive calling them. We're gonna explore downtown a little bit. Actually we came here for a short evening where we were still dating. I came here to drop them off at the airport. So we're gonna reminisce a little bit.
Oh yeah.
Go to a couple spots that we went to then and go down memory lane.
You know, we exploring.
It's so crazy that some memories are associated with locations because even driving here I remember like last year we were having a very specific conversation while we were crossing a bridge.
How we wanted to handle kids, how.
We wanted to handle having kids. And so we just remind. It just reminded us of that conversation as we crossed the same spot. And even wherever you listen to certain Music, it just takes you back to a certain time, you know? Isn't that crazy?
Great.
Great how like deja vuable some memories are. I just made that up. And then last time we were at this spot, we were walking around the pond.
Yeah, we were over there.
Right, but wasn't it right here where that woman was, like, gossiping about. It was over there.
This woman just chitter chattering about her husband or ex or like all her problems. And she was just yelling and screaming.
And we got real quiet to eavesdrop.
Yeah, we just sat there and watched the ducks.
Just knowing that taste.
Now we're gonna go down to the water and try to recreate pictures we took together.
Okay. We're gonna try to find the photo that we took right here. Looking over the water.
We'll put this monument.
And then over here, some super dope houses. And then over there, got this long bridge. What's the name of the bridge?
Banna? I have no idea.
Big bridge, goes over the beaches.
I found was right here.
So that means that that would have been here. So we would have been like right here. And I think we set it up like right here. Vertical.
Yeah.
Facing there. And then we were just to the left of that.
It's so cold. Okay, timer. Where'd it go? And let's go. Oh, my phone almost fell. Oh, no. Oh, no.
Wait, we're not even center with the bridge. Okay, folks, we recreate it. This was today. This was last year. Oh, check this out. In this photo, he's barefoot because just like the gentleman he is. My feet were killing me in my shoes and he gave me his. He was walking around barefoot. What a gentleman.
We found this super cool coffee shop. I've actually been here before. I brought one of my friends here, like maybe two years ago, and it is so, so cool. It's in downtown Pensacola. It's called Fosco Coffee Bar. Spelled B A R R E. Just like the pilates class. I'm so excited right now because, oh, they just called my name. I am getting a coach. I'm getting like a fitness and nutrition coach. I am so excited for this because, like, although I've been a personal trainer before, I still feel like I have so much to learn and that I would love to learn from a another professional. I've been following some ladies on social media who have been a part of this program before and it looks super legit. So I'm actually going to hop on a call with her shortly. I may have mentioned it briefly before, but I feel like I just want to take all the guesswork out of it and, like, know what I should be doing to reach the goals that I have. And that is, like, the exact amount of calories slash macros. And then, like, even having a workout plan dialed in. So I'm gonna hop on this call. Unfortunately, I was too excited and I jumped right into the call without filming anything. Sorry about that. I'm so excited. The call went so good. I really, really like the coach so far. The coaching program seems really solid. The community seems really solid. And we start on December 8th.
It's a dream come true. Green juice, but no apple juice. I hate when they use apples or orange juice as the base. It's a bunch of sweetness. This is just straight. They stick that thing into the blender. Celery and spinach and cabbage was great, but it's gross. Ben doesn't like it. So then we get this blueberry one with whey.
So good. Now, last, last surprise book. This is on Amazon. Number one bestseller in the business category. So thank you to everyone that supported the book launch and bought the book. Number one in the business. And thank you to the media team for making a really good book. That's all I had. Show and tell. Van's is very hungry, so she's a little quiet. Yes, she's very hungry. Her belly is empty. It is.
I've only had caffeine.
Almost 12 o' clock and we haven't ate yet. Well, Michael has now, so good. Okay, time to get food for Banner. Tell me you're addicted without telling me you're addicted. I came here yesterday, had to come back again. So cool though.
It all.
We were here yesterday, had to come back. It was that good.
Y' all see that? It's 5am we woke up at like, 4 and couldn't go back to sleep. So you already know. We're gonna go hit the gym. This is our last morning in Pensacola, so we're gonna squeeze all the juice out of the lemon that we can't. So we're gonna make the most of it. We have our flight out at noon, so let's go get a good workout.
It is the end of our Pensacola trip. We are gonna stop by another coffee shop we went to yesterday that had the amazing matcha and then fly out of here. But I just did something so dumb. We were walking out of the hotel and we, like, checked out. And she was like, have a lady behind the desk was like, have a great trip. And I was like, thanks, you too. Oh, wait, not you have a good one once.
You say you too incorrectly.
You just have to commit.
And I go, you have to let it go.
I made it 10 times worse. I'd be like, oh, wait, not you.
It's like a nightmare. You just let it go. You just release it into the wild.
She didn't even look at me. Painful. Anyways, I'm gonna go get a matcha, and we fly at home. Thankfully, the live stream is on Wednesday, so that's something to look forward to. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, great time with your family. Bye. Bye.
