It's different to hire a multimillion-dollar business owner and be able to lead them and be able to make them more successful. And so what I realized is that I need to get people that could identify a problem, identify a solution, and then go ahead and execute. So this is the 3-step process that I look for to be able to reduce me as the bottleneck. Because if I can get other leaders inside the organization, what I'm doing is I'm building out this bottleneck. No longer am I the bottleneck. I am increasing the throughput of the organization because there are people that— Mm-hmm. Can identify a problem, there are people that can identify a solution, and they can execute. They are constantly gonna drag the organization down, they're gonna slow everything down, they'll never be able to adapt, they'll always look for problems and issues in every single aspect aspect of the business, they can find the problems. Now, you need these people to identify problems. Mm-hmm. But a great manager can do all three of these things.
