I think the, the unlock in all of it in terms of business to get better is just humility to understand that I can learn from someone else and it doesn't even require them to be better than me. I was thinking a couple weeks ago, actually I was thinking about the, the coaching program now having owners and a couple years ago the owners were like, hey, we'd love to have owners in the coaching program, not just corporate, oh, from, from us. And I was thinking about it and I was thinking, what's, what's actually, why is that successful? And I actually came to the conclusion that it actually has to do with humility. It doesn't matter who you are, they're looking at the book. And I think that the coaching program that you've really developed and I'm really thankful for is like there's a system for it. And like we look at the book and I don't care who's behind that. I trust that if they, if they're a coach, if they're the doctor, that they're gonna give me the correct prescription.
