Okay, so this guy does not like me hanging out here. He's not going to get along with Max, I don't think. This is the headquarter building update. We got conduit coming in for electricity. Forms have been poured all around, the rebar's in, and then they're bringing conduit underneath the forms. This is going over here where there's going to be a employee break room, this whole area down below. So this whole side on over here is office space. So Homeworks will be here, Home Service CPA. On this side, this is gonna be the Bellingham shop. So for the first time, I have a really nice shop space, a big roll-up door with two stories, and then an office down here. The second story up top is going to be media and offices, and then this whole side will be offices as well. And then up above, second floor will be for the, uh, training center. So all new owners at Augusta, this is all brand new. This is all this drainage stuff. This is where they're going to start working this week on the stormwater facility, which is all going to go over here. So there's a massive— goodness, that's crazy. All right, cool. So that's the building update.
