A customer refuses to give his name to a lawn care rep in Denver, worried it's a scam. The rep explains they need it for property checks and customer profiles, but the guy won't budge on the privacy concern.
Are you, like, not even in Colorado? I'm just curious. Denver, Colorado. It says lawn Care Services of Glendale. You realize there's all kinds of scams and phishing.
No. Yeah. I mean, it's a. That's definitely not.
I don't trust you anymore. You were asking. You were kind of fishing for me to give my name. I could hear it, and I.
Well, here's. Can I kind of be honest with just what I'm hearing?
Be honest with me? Yeah.
Things like me asking for your name is not me trying to inquire about you. It's okay.
I was asking for the name because.
I wanted to see the property. We have pro profiles for names and such.
All I want to do is get my job done. It's never been this hard in the past.
