A lot of people on social media give me a hard time about P4P pay for performance and says that we're scamming employees. One thing they don't do is ask the employees what they think about it, and more importantly, our high performers, because our high performers can make substantial more 10 $15 more per hour than the going rate in our industry simply because the harder they work, the more money they make on P4P instead of an hourly wage.
