I had hired someone, I really thought they were gonna work out, and they no showed twice in the first week, so I ended up having to let them go. And I felt pretty betrayed at first, and I took it personally. But I had to learn at that point that I couldn't let my mistrust of that one person ruin it for everybody else. Because over the course of me scaling my business past a million, I'm gonna hire and fire, you know, probably 50 people at least. I'm gonna have to be able to extend trust to people first and then let them decide what they're gonna do with it. And I can't just always be worried about someone.
