Short excerpt from a YouTube video titled "Unprofessional OR Team Player?" (creator: Mike Andes). Three speakers recount an incident where an employee and a co-worker got into a physical fist fight in a front yard after one called another a derogatory name; the discussion centers on describing the fight and reactions (owner of the house was "super cool").
This employee got in a fist fight with his co worker. When that co worker called the office person a, they.
Called me a B word last time.
He's like, don't ever call her that again. And they got into a fist fight in the people's front yard. Luckily, the guy who owned the house is super cool. And he said, probably just gotta tell you, when they were here the last time they got in a knock down, drag out, punch each other in the face kind of fight.
Do you think this is unprofessional or was the employee just looking out for their team?
