Short transcript of a phone exchange in which a customer asks Sylvester Lawn Care Services whether they sell Husqvarna lawnmowers or provide parts/service for a YTA 22-horsepower Husqvarna (model question); the representative responds that they do not sell lawnmowers. The excerpt centers on availability of sales, parts, and service.
Hi, this is Sylvester Lawn Care Services. How can I help you today?
Yes, so I bought a Husqvarni from a buddy of mine, and I'm getting ready to come down there to. If I give you the model number, do you know if that thing's got a oil filter on it? It's a YTA 22 horsepower Husqvarny lawnmower. Do you guys carry them? Are y' all the service dealer for them?
Are you asking if we sell the lawnmowers? We. That's that. We don't. We don't sell lawnmowers.
