Hey, everyone, it's Mike Andes, founder and CEO at Copilot CRM. And today I'm not talking about new features or something flashy. I'm talking about page load time. And this is the hidden killer when it comes to software, because if you're waiting 10, 15 seconds for a page load, that is time not spent on the job making more money from your customers. And so we've been looking at this a lot. This will be an ongoing project that we are constantly looking at what pages are the slowest to load and the largest queries on our database that make things go slow inside the software and optimizing those. Now, over the course of May, we've been focused on this, and we will continue to be in the future. In the month of May, we ran a test at the very end of April and at the beginning of June to see what the difference in page load speed was given a lot of the work that we've been putting in now over the crop across all the system, across mobile and desktop. When we ran the test, the average page load was 24.98% faster after this past month of working on the queries and the database. And so what does this mean? Like you like, well, queries, databases, who cares? Ultimately, there are some pages, like the dispatch board, the schedule that we will save seconds off of every single page load. And on average this was saving is now saving.92 seconds on every single time as a blended average across the entire system for, for all of your crew, for all of your office workers. Now, what does this actually mean for your business? I looked at one of our locations, has 15 employees, and I looked at the amount of time that we were able to save them, just waiting for a screen to load. Because if you think about how many times throughout the day someone's clocking in and out, adding photos before and after, they are adding dispatcher notes, they are completing a job, they are getting GPS directions. All of this is a different page load. And if you multiply that over the course of every single hour, every single job, every single day, and then the week, the month, it starts to become thousands of page loads that you're waiting on. And so I was able to do the Math and given 0.92 seconds being saved on every single page load, which is the average across the system, we were able to save over 12 hours worth of time, which means that's 12 more hours of doing work instead of waiting for a screen to load. And at $80 an hour, that's over $960 worth of extra revenue that I can generate instead of just waiting for a screen to load. And that is super meaningful. And so although it's not a fancy feature or a new Whiz Bang thing, and there'll be new stuff that we're rolling out here even next month when it comes to Field Force, the mobile app, and a lot of really good improvements. But this is something that we are very dedicated to as time goes on. As where can we save you time? Because it adds up as time goes on. This, this really, really matters to your office team, to your field crew, and it certainly means a lot to us. So. So thank you to the team for optimizing this. This will be an ongoing journey. We'll make sure that your page load speeds are extremely fast.
