Mike Andes's lawn crew mowed the wrong house by mistake. The homeowner was furious at first, but Mike came back to fix it and sent an estimate. The customer ended up impressed enough to consider hiring them anyway.
I guess for some reason, you guys today must have went to the wrong place, started cutting our grass, and got about halfway through and must have realized it was wrong and left. Now we're left with a mess. I need someone to come back and blow the sidewalks off and at least level off what they did.
We made a horrible mistake. We went to the wrong person's property, we mowed the wrong yard, and the crew left halfway through the job. But we resolved the issue as fast as possible and returned back to the customer's property. Watch what happened next.
And they did a very, very nice job. So the first thing I want is compliment for doing the right thing, come back and taking care of the problem. But the second thing is, I know that you were out here to do an estimate for our property. I said, if you guys do a nice job, I would consider using you.
