Mike Andes says public fear about the economy hasn't peaked yet and predicts it will spike higher in spring or summer. He points to coming unemployment spikes and tech layoffs at Facebook and Amazon as the kind of news outlets will amplify.
But I actually don't believe we're at peak fear right now. We're not even close to it right now. All right. In my opinion, this is going to happen spring and summer of next year. But in three to six months when we're down here and now, you're going to see Tucker Carlson on Fox. You're going to see cnn. You're going to see all these news outlets trying to scream when that fear mongering starts. Just watch how a recession just continues to really, really elevate into where now unemployment spikes. You're seeing Facebook lay off tens of thousands of people. You're seeing Amazon lay off thousands of people. All these tech giants that over hired during 20 and 2021 because money was so cheap.
