Yo, what's up, Terrell? How's it going? Day one, Sunday for Zach and Joey. They will be flying into Nashville. Terrell, you will be driving there, correct? Day five, we have a turnaround with a pool fencing company that Mike is already familiar with. He's spoken at their conference twice, so he's pretty familiar with their situation.
Thanks, guys.
If my hair is any indication of how this is going, then I don't know what is. So. Okay. It's really not been that bad. I inflated it. That part was super easy. Now I just need to connect the valves, the pump and.
Which requires me reading instructions, and I hate reading instructions. I was trying to go by the picture, but the only thing that would make this worse is me having to redo everything. And we don't want to do that.
Let's just say this did not take 15 minutes to set up. But it is set up. Fingers crossed this doesn't overflow. I'm not going to run anything. Gonna let Mike do a little inspection before we decide to go with this. But there's the pump, there's the tub, and this is everything I need to clean up.
But on the bright side, Mike is going to be surprised whenever he comes home. So.
Please tell me these are extras.
I didn't see anything about this. And the instructions.
And there's this.
These are extras. Right.
You know what?
Problem for later. For now, I got it inflated. Okay. I am leaving now to go to the venue where we are hosting the Seven Figure Club this week. Today, Liz and I are going to set up, get all the tables decorated.
And I'm gonna get. I'm going, like, a few minutes early so I can get some B roll shots of what the venue looks like before it's set up. And then after for the main channel video. I'm so excited for this week. Like, the first time I ever met basically almost all of the Augusta owners was at conference. And I feel like this time, even though it's not all of them, it'll. It's like a more intimate setting, so I feel like I'll get to know something a little bit more. So I'm very excited about it. Excited to see the dynamic Mike has prepared over the last, like, week. Really great content that he has ever shared before. This is all new, so everyone's really, really going to enjoy it. It's really awesome to see kind of like the behind the scenes firsthand of all the work that he puts into events like this, just because it really shines through how much he cares. Cares about the owner. So being able to see the behind the scenes and then it come to life whenever he delivers it is like super cool. So anyways, let's go ahead and go set up. And y', all, the upstairs in here is crazy pool table, bar situation.
There's a coffee maker. Let's go. Got a mini fridge in here. I'm pretty sure this is Mike and I's bedroom.
Another cute little bedroom.
More upstairs.
So cool.
Bathroom.
Alright, today is the big day. It is the seven Figure club. Starting tonight is the leadership team for a dinner. But also today is a big day because Copilot is doing a big release. We were actually planning to do it yesterday. We had to roll things back because there's a whole bunch of code errors in the code. But we found out it was actually just wrong production data that wasn't supposed to be there. So we're gonna roll it out today. Should be really good for tips, invoices, payments, pretty high risk release. So just making sure everything goes really smoothly. We're a week behind on it. It's just gotten a lot longer than I hope. But making sure that there is no errors and bugs when it rolls out is really important.
So first off though, got to get.
A quick workout in.
Let's go.
So this is my desk set up in the office.
Imac up top laptop stand where I put the book right now. Also of course waiting for a zoom call with the Copilot leadership team. Tomorrow I'm unveiling the seven stages of success for the general managers as well as the seven stages of success for technicians at Augusta Lawn Care. And so let me show you behind the scenes creating it with the media team right now. Here I'll show you the GM success ones. So this is on my laptop.
But there are the seven stages. We've had the seven stages of wealth for a long time for all of the owners inside of Augusta Nation, but we've never had it for the general managers. And we're really trying to focus on supporting the general managers given the fact that next year more probably about 50 plus locations inside of Augusta Nation will be ran by a GM. So 7 stages for technician, 7 stages for general manager, 7 stages for an owner. Technically 21 stages to go from very entry level, pushing a lawnmower to owning a location and diversifying into other investment assets.
Yeah, it's really based upon the individual business model. Some people will say, hey, we'll weed your lawn, weed your flower beds, trim your bushes and mow your grass every two weeks and $60 per cut, for example. Yeah, it could be on one estimate, but separate.
Okay. So we went and got a coffee. The way to the event, decaf.
Because it is almost 5:00pm yeah.
Now here's the question. If you think that someone got the order wrong, the question is.
Would you go back and ask for it to be fixed?
If you're nice about it, I say there's no problem with that. Actually, there's conditions to this.
Because, see, we thought it was what?
They didn't ring it up as sugar free. So we were like, is this like a normal mocha? So I went in and asked if it was sugar free and she said yes. She just didn't ring it up as that. Okay, but there are conditions to this. I think that.
So bad. I feel so bad even questioning.
I don't feel bad because you pay for it, but I would feel bad if they were like crazy busy swarm. Because then obviously I have, you know, I understand more. Yeah. And I don't want to inconvenience them. But like, if they're not busy and they weren't at all, and if you paid for it, which obviously you do, then you should go back and get what you wanted.
It's a moral quandary. I couldn't even go back inside. Fran had to take it.
Guys, there's nothing wrong with that. Like, you're paying not only for the drink, but for a service.
It's a lose, lose situation though. Right? So if, like, in this case they were right. So that makes you feel like, oh, I question them.
I don't feel bad at all those girls that they got. Those girls know me though. So like, I guess maybe that's.
And then.
And then if you go in and you're right, then you make them feel bad. My question is, is it worse? Like what, seven?
You know how many drinks they get wrong every day? They're used to. They're used to people coming back in and like, being nasty to them over it. So if you're nice to them, they probably are like, oh, my goodness, yes, let me make that right for you.
Just makes me feel so bad.
Chat. Am I a Karen in the making?
That's the real question. We want to know.
I don't think so.
That's the real question. We want know. Okay, now push the button. Push the little button and let us.
Know if you are the type of person to go back and get them to fix your order or if you're just gonna suffer and drink sugar.
Suffer, suffer.
This is our bedroom.
Yes.
We have a Nice king size bed. Our own air conditioning. Our own fan.
Such high ceilings.
Such high slanted.
Bathroom's beautiful.
We have our mini fridge with bone.
Broth because, you know, this is the boring part. We gotta get to the fun part.
Hey, Ernie needs to make an appearance in the vlog.
Oh, oh, oh. What's up, dude?
What's up, YouTube?
Hey, Sarah. All right, show us around. Okay.
A nice little elf shape.
Wow.
Of board games.
Wow.
Oh, you have a record player.
Supposedly tonight we're playing board games. I don't know about that.
That overlooks drum roll piece.
That's right.
Boom.
Oh, this is nice. This is where we are having the banquet tomorrow. We set up all the tables earlier. Liz absolutely crushed on that backdrop down there. She's been here since 7am and it's like 5 or 6pm right now.
Going to go show them the. The tables and everything. But this barn anemium is just fire.
The detail that Liz put into this, everything is crazy. Like she went and got driftwood from the beaches.
Made she better to all this. But she spent a lot of thought and time into doing all this. Got no notebooks for all the owners cutlery.
And then she very thoughtfully made sure to not put anyone on this side of the tables so they can all face Mike. We'll be up there at the backdrop and easel right there.
Very important.
Very, very important. And then we have the kitchen with beautiful is right there. And Charity is in there. Absolutely crushed it with tonight's dinner, which the menu is lamb tri tips salad. Oh. Oh, she. She ready. I can't even pronounce them all. That's how you know it's going to be eating food.
Charity.
Oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness.
Oh, my goodness. What's that?
Potato pot, filet m. Filet mignon. And then there's some lamb crab la tr.
Oh. Oh, my goodness. I was saving up all day for these calories. I still didn't get enough.
People believe that Walt Disney was frozen and he is kept in space mountain.
Yeah.
In a cryo chamber. In a cryo chamber. Someday he will come back and start again.
They used it hide.
Hide.
I don't know what you're saying or.
Like the light didn't get turned off. She'd be like, oh, no, the light never got turned off. There will never be the word I in that sentence. I ate all the candy. You would never hear that. You know what I was talking about? We were laughing about it yesterday. What did you say?
That's awesome.
There was a specific thing yesterday and we both laughed about it.
I think I was making fun of myself with the candy.
It was the candy one. Yeah. She's like, oh no. All the candy has been eaten and she's the only one.
Good morning everybody.
We're going live with the vlog.
We are on our way to this morning's run at Lake Padden which is not out of the ordinary for us. This is one of our favorite spots to run.
Check this out, check this out.
This folks. Bad audio you listen to now. Right, right, right. You're hearing bad audio right now. Watch, watch, watch. Great audio. Let's go. Okay. We are going to Lake Padden to go running with all of the owners. And we should probably put into the gps.
It's going to be fantastic.
Come along for the ride.
I am not. I'm wearing better hocus.
We have you all here so we'll get started.
So we started a family business a few years ago back in 23 we started parking on so we shifted into this but the. The underlying walking is.
Sorry.
Our son was healed 3 and his goal was always to be an office doing and after. After his death we.
And in there.
All he ever talked about was the big entrepreneur build a legacy for his daughter who's 2 years old at the time. So we've taken that on as hard as possible and that was the big push in Bill Gasson is the systems, the community, everything that help us drive this home in fulfill history.
Thank you. The reason that Paul he's successful is not because he has industry experience, not because he has all of these firing in all cylinders. For him to be successful it would be simply by the fact as to why he started his business and the vision that he has to accomplish and it goes beyond him. There was no mention of Paul in his vision. He was doing it for some other reason.
You.
Want three $4 million revenue or three full locations that Augusta.
And just getting them together they're usually in stage seven of wall which means trying to diversify, clean up tax advantaged accounts, saving money on taxes. Honestly like seeing how it affected the business when I was clear about my vision and then shared that with the team showed how imperative it was to attract the right people, attract the right resources, attract the right relationships. Like you have to have a clear vision and like the first step in having that vision is being very doing something. What's the plan? How am I going to get there and actually then executing on that.
Are you excited about another upcoming segment in particular?
Yes. The vlog I'm really looking Forward to the vlog coming out next Monday. You should like and subscribe.
Oh, I'm releasing something brand new. The seven stages of Success for general managers and the seven stages of Success for technicians. So stay tuned, folks. No, I thought it was really good just to get all the owners together. We ironed out the seven stages of success for general managers as well as the seven stages of success for technicians. So now we have seven stages for technicians, seven stages for general managers, seven stages for owners. We've always had the seven stages of wealth, but never formalize the GM or the owner or the technicians. And so I think it'd be helpful for tech acquiring talent for them retaining talent, especially when it's like it seems like they're doing the same thing, but then now they have stages to move through. We kind of workshop that together by the end of the day.
But it was fun.
It was really cool. I like that a lot.
Let's go.
Good morning, vlog.
We just left the venue. Yesterday was a success.
Super successful. It was huge. Huge success. One like you've never seen before. Sorry.
I really hope it was a very relaxing time for all the Augusta owners, but it seemed like they enjoyed themselves. Everything was awesome. Mike pumped out whole new content. He did so good. So proud. So proud. But now we're on our way to the airport to fly to Nashville to spend a couple days before the turnaround commences. So, Commencia, do you have any closing thoughts? Any final things you'd like to say?
A big highlight that no one will see on that video is the behind the scenes or like the evenings with the leadership team. That was fun. And their spouses. It was great.
That was hands down my favorite part.
Yeah. Debating, arguing. It was great.
We all stayed upstairs to like, all four, including him. All four members of the leadership team and their spouses. We played games Wednesday night and Thursday night and just really got to know each a little bit more and had great conversations.
It was very crushed.
That was my favorite part for sure.
But that was your favorite part.
Yeah, easily.
All right.
That is all. We'll see you on the airplane.
Eight hours later and we are in Nashville.
We're actually more specifically at Dutch Bros, the one that is like five minutes away from the airport. So if you'll ever fly to Nashville and you go to the Dutch Bros. That's closest, just know Michael and Brianna have gone through the same drive thru as you.
Golden Eagle. Thank you.
Sweet. This looks so good. I've heard that the Golden Eagle is the best, so I got it Sugar free.
Here's a sugar cream.
Thank you. Hello, everyone. We made it to Nashville. This is what we call what they call Senior Centennial. Centennial Park. We're gonna go for our morning run.
That's right.
Yeah.
We saw a spartan train tour.
Even though we're on vacation, Brandon's crushing it. When running, by the way. Yesterday she was running for 23 straight minutes at 6 miles per hour.
23 minutes.
When we first met, she was Hardly ever ran.
I never ran anyways. Look at that cool building.
Yeah, this is very cool. This is crazy.
So many cool buildings.
I think we might get demonetized, though, if we show all of these sculptures.
Let's not show all those naughty people.
That's very cool. Okay, we see you after we run. So we're at a keto cookies and cream cupcake. These ones have the macros. These are so cool.
This one is.
Yeah. Keto Double chocolate cheesecake. 320 calories, 1 of that, 8 protein, 2 carbs.
Check this place out. It's like a healthy bakery. We have.
Sugar free, free kombucha. Yeah. This is breakfast after working or running. This is our breakfast. What's this one? Keto puffs.
And this is black cocoa peanut butter cookies.
Oh, yeah. It's for the road.
Yeah, it's for the road.
All right, you guys probably get in the. The vlog off here. We are having a grand old time in Nashville. We did not vlog us trying out the keto desserts because we got a little excited. I would give them.
Six and a half out of 10. Seven out of 10. You know, it was good, though, Nonetheless. Anyways, we were at this very cool coffee shop, gonna do some work, and I will continue this vlog. Vlog next week.
We'll show you guys Broadway street and the turnarounds and all that jazz. Give me closing thoughts down. All right.
Bye.
Bye.
Bye.
