What are you looking at right now?
Well, we're considering getting Lee a watch. A really, really nice watch. But I'm not 100% sure if this is the type of watch he wants.
It's basically to celebrate hitting over 200, I guess, locations. Yeah, it would be just a head nod to that accomplishment. That's fair.
Yeah. So that's what I was asking my manager. Like, hey, if I buy it today, what can I do? Is it up to 6? I just don't know what I can get with that. Like, this one's six. Is it six?
6,150.
Yeah. So that can push you to like 6,800 bucks. Man. We saved $500. It's a third party clothes, baby. It wasn't my decision. Someone else's decision. Making up with the budget. It's not my fault. I'm just working on the constraints of my manager. Okay, so we got the watch. Should we show them the watch in more detail? I'll see if Liz is gonna be there. I'll call her. She'll like this tomorrow. Are you at the office? Do you know if Lee's gonna be.
There in the morning?
Okay. Do you know if Nick is gonna.
Be there in the morning?
We went to the mall and I remember when past this watch store that Lee really wanted this watch. But we crossed 5200 locations today. So I figured I'd get him a really nice watch. As a brittling, it's like a dark green leather and then the inside of the band is yellow. But it's not like a bright. He can wear it every day. Yeah, he's just sold on that executive model today. So I figured we can make it happen.
48 hours.
Yeah, hopefully. Yeah.
Cool.
Well, because we crossed 200, I wanted.
To get something really. Oh, thank you.
Am I supposed to open this right now? I'm horrible at this. Does everyone know about this? Am I the last person? Dude, no, this is not real. Yeah, this can't be real.
I don't.
I feel like I can't. I can't accept this. This is actually insane.
Dude.
That'S.
Wow. I wasn't. I'm like speechless. I don't know what to say.
Like, this is wow.
Okay.
I can't.
I can't. Like, thanks, brother. I appreciate it. Wow, this is wild. I feel like I'm officially now like a corporate.
Today is January 1, 2026, which is absolutely crazy. I feel like 2025 flew by so fast. Usually on this channel, we keep it very light hearted, very like goofy, you know, and hopefully that is beneficial somehow to you in some way, whether that our videos are like a distraction for you from your day to day or they're entertaining or whatever it may be. But I had a thought and I felt like yapping. So don't even know if this will make the cut. Don't even know if it'll make it to YouTube, but if so hello, how you doing? Happy 2026. So I'm just gonna sit here and yap for a little bit about what I was thinking about yesterday. I was writing down all the things I was grateful for that happened in 2025, and there was a long list, let me tell you. I could have even kept going, but I filled the page and it really made me reflect. And I'm not really that kind of person. I don't really like journal. I don't like reflect, if you will. It was really good for me to just like physically write down every single thing that I was so grateful for that happened last year. Counting all my blessings just really made me reflect on the Bible verse that goes, to whom much is given, much is required. Let me look up what Bible verse that is, because I honestly forgot Luke 12:48 the Lord was telling his disciples a parable starting from verse 41. Then Peter said unto him, lord, speak us thou this parable unto us, or even to all, like, just to us? Or are you meaning this for everyone? And the Lord said, who then is that faithful and wise steward whom his Lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant whom his Lord, when he cometh, shall find him doing so, shall find so doing of a truth, I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath but and if that servant say in his heart, my Lord delayeth his coming, and shall begin to beat the men, servants, and maidens, and to eat and drink, and be drunken. The Lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him asunder, will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant which knew his Lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes but he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes for unto whomsoever much is given of him shall be much required and to whom men have committed much of him, they will ask the more basically exactly what the verse Says like, the more you're given, the more that is required of you. So if a ruler of a house gives many blessings or many tasks to be done, or for example, like if that servant was given money to go out and do something with it, whether that be to multiply it or like invest it, or just follow the direction of what the servant told him, and he does it not knowing when the master will be back to kind of like check in, then he will be rewarded. Much was given him. So much is required. That Bible verse really stuck with me. Luke 12:48. To whom much is given, much is required. And I feel like last year I didn't practice that good enough. And like we are definitely blessed with life at all. Health, strength, like being able to just go to the grocery store and buy food is like a blessing in itself because unfortunately that is getting hard for people these days that we have all these blessings, we're able to travel, we're able to meet so many different people. It would be a waste to like not be a testimony to kind of like bottle up in your own. In my own shell and not really try to make a difference or try to change someone's life in a positive way. We were given the ability to go out and travel, the finances to do so, and then much is required of us. Like, I don't believe in resolutions. Maybe it is the fact that it's a new year where it kind of has me thinking this way, but I'm usually like all about goal setting in like June, you know, it doesn't have to be January, but this just kind of like this was brought on by me. Refle everything that happened in 2025 and realizing from that list, like, wow, I am actually blessed with so much. So much is required of me. And I'd be doing the Lord a disservice to not use the resources he's given me and turn it like basically try to double that or make good on that essentially and just like really put it to work, put it to good use. Anyways, that has been on my mind a lot this morning, ever since last night and I just wanted to share, you know, hopefully it got you thinking a little bit. Whether you've made resolutions or just new goals for yourself that you will keep past January. Right, right. Okay, just drop them in the comments because I'm actually pretty curious to hear what you guys are working towards currently. Anyways, I know this is like a break in routine from the normal goofy day to day vlog style that we usually do, but I Just wanted to share what was on my mind. So a theme. I'm going to call it a theme. A theme I'm taking with me this year is to whom much is given, much is required. Anyways, enough with all that yapping. Look who's home early today.
Benza. It's very hot.
It's good. I bet you the cold, the middle is going to be snow cold. Now what is Michael enjoying right now?
I don't know what it's called.
It's a keto ground beef, green bean casserole. And I promise it's better than it sounds and better than it looks. But it's cheesy, it's healthy. It's grass fed beef from a local farmer. Cans, I mean beans from a local can. Cheese from a local grocery store. That's right, everything local. Do you have anything you'd want to say about. About last year, About New Year's, Any lessons you learned?
I got married to Banham in 2025.
That's right, we got married. February 28th is our anniversary. That's crazy.
And February 17th is Ben's birthday, which I forgot last year.
He did. You want to tell that story? We're on a turnaround and it was like noon. Zach and Francis are sitting in the front, me and Mike in the back. We're on our way from just doing our first turnaround. The first turnaround that I was on Matt Forney. And Francis turns around and he goes, is it your birthday today? Because he saw it on our like Time clock app for all the team members. And Mike goes, he forgot.
But yeah, no excuses. Totally forgot. Until France told me.
Shout out Francis. Anyways, hopefully he won't forget this year. We'll see. What else have you learned this year?
Let me think. It was like more and better. Like doing the same stuff but just getting better and better. Yeah, we can make more videos or we could do something with Augusta or a feature. But it's like we just need more and better for new. No more new things. 2026, no new things.
No new things.
We got rid of like the tiny house. We saw the Calhoun place, we saw the Mount Partner location. Just trying to like pare everything down and get focused.
Focus, that would be the word.
What are you hoping to learn this year?
Hoping to learn?
Yep. I guess you won't know if you haven't learned it yet.
We're looking at a place that we are not going to buy but is a condo.
So we decided, you know, switch it up. Instead of houses, check for condos. Mike.
This is available for. We need a wait.
We do probably. Oh, we'll wait.
The door's open for viewing.
Michael, we're walking in without the torch head.
I don't know if this is good or bad sign.
We leave the door open. So what are we doing? Can we just leave the door open so we're good? You know, they're not upset. Cuz I want them to think we're being bad and like illegally looking at their unit. Look at that Ton. Amazing. Amazing. Ooh, this is a nice kitchen.
All right, this one's $800,000. This is City view.
But guess how much the waterfront one is. Wow. It's a really pretty view.
People watching to the maps.
So the sun rises. Where is it right now? Yeah, right over there.
Be off to the left side.
So the water view would. That would be a downside to the water view.
This is like 50% bigger.
I really like the kitchen. Not going to lie. That's a huge island.
Very modern, lots of like brightness. This would be very bright.
Look at this.
Seams on the. I know.
I don't like that very much.
Usually you'd have one seam so it come across here. And these are the ones.
Also, the bottom is not completely solid granite. Oh, wow. Check that out. There's some damage right there.
There's what?
Whoa. Is this the dishwasher? Oh, that's. That's the oven.
It is nicely built in, though.
That is sick.
What?
The cabinets. That's what I was saying earlier whenever we saw the photo is. I like how there's no handles. It's just like hidden, you know, windows, eventually.
Oh, this is kind of cool. See how these open this way?
Those are sick. How do you open the top ones?
I don't think they even open either. Oh, you push it.
Yeah. Pops open. That is sick. We are casually looking. We're not going to break our lease that we still have until like August. Doesn't hurt to check it out. I love can lights. Wow. Very well lit. Oh, my goodness.
In.
In the.
In the kitchen.
Oh, my gosh. We're going to get kicked out.
I don't like how that's right there.
I don't either. We could put a photo over it. Yeah, easy peasy. Look, guys, on the mirror. It's like, look. This is my favorite part.
Oh, my goodness.
Wait, What is that? The temperature.
Temperature in here.
How. And there's a tough Benz.
I can time myself while I do my. My brushing my teeth.
How does that work? Oh, my goodness.
It's defrosting.
That's defrost. Wait, there's no shower in here. Why would he need that?
That's what that is, though. That's defrost.
Whoa. Why. Why is there just a random closet in the hallway?
Oh, this is nice.
Whoa, look at that bathtub. That's crazy. Another cl. Oh, that's what the toilet is, not a closet. The shower is sick.
This would be the workout room.
Oh, and it has the bathroom.
This is a dope room.
It is a really dope room.
Oh, my word.
Whoa. This one stays, man.
This one's too much. Don't see the price. Did you see it?
Yes, I did just see that. But that comes furnished, right? We shouldn't even be looking at this.
Oh, my word.
This is Michael's dream right now. No wonder why. It's a 1.2 million stinking dollars.
So nice, though.
That's a. That's a sweet kitchen. Not gonna lie. Look at the deck.
That's all the plain bedrooms.
That's so much bigger than the last one. This is, like, legit Mike's dream. Just having a view out by the water. So the sun would set, like, over there. Right. All the wind is.
I would just want to see right in that corner. That's all I want is a sea right here. I work right here. Yeah. We buy it for 1.2, and we make 10 million while we're living here. Does that mean it's a good deal?
It's just crazy that you paid that much for this when you could get a house. I know, but you're not paying for the house here.
You're paying for the fact you're five stories off the ground overlooking the bay.
That's pretty sick. I love the kitchen. Same situation as the last one did say.
He did say that they've been going for, on average, 10% less than asking price.
So I didn't vlog it because the real estate agent joined us, but we toured the penthouse, which is, like, the most expensive one on this building. One, 1.85 million.
Yeah, but 10% off, 1.6 bana.
I can't justify that.
That was such a sick house.
We'll revisit. We can't break our lease until he.
Said, on average, 10% less. We can always stretch that 15. And then. He didn't know me from social media. He called me the Augusta guy.
Aren't you the Augusta guy? Aren't you the Augusta guy?
That's right. 10% off.
All right, folks, no major money decisions were made today. Circle back in about eight months. But that's the end of the vlog. That's the end of the vlog. That's the end of the vlog. Bye. Bye.
