A homeowner and lawn-care rep discuss pricing for weekly ($55) and bi-weekly ($82.50) mowing. The homeowner vents about a subscription lead service that acts as a middleman, sells leads, and provides terrible customer service, and plans to cancel.
Hello. I just wanted to get a price on, see how much it would cost for y' all to come mow weekly. Had another service come do my yard today, and I did not like their work at all.
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. Okay, so.
Your charges.
Would be for weekly pricing would be 55, and for BI weekly pricing, it would be 82.50.
You know, let me. Let me see if I can cancel this subscription, because this subscription through we know, and I can't get a hold of none of them or anything ever. Like, I haven't been able to get a hold of them to tell them they missed several spots in my backyard. Homeowners beware. I call these type of lead services or subscription services a scam, because they make it look like you're buying services from them when reality all they're doing is taking your information and selling your lead to a third party, a contractor. They're just the middleman. It's very difficult to get any sort of customer service from these companies.
