Happy Saturday morning! We're at the headquarters building with another update, and we are making progress. We got insulation, we got all of the windows in. You can see all the windows have been framed in on both floors. Lots of natural light, which I do like, and progress is being made. Oh, also, you can see on the bottom, this bottom few feet, this is where we're going to have the brick facade. On the exterior of the building. So it should look pretty good because this is like white metal, metal siding, and then this will be like this gray and black brick all the way around the base of the building. So that was a work order change, unfortunately, but I think it'll look a lot better. We also got all the permitting for the signage. There'll be a big Augusta logo there and a big Homeworks logo here.
