A short monologue (YouTube video) by Mike Andes arguing that individuals have real, limited personal capacity and that trying to emulate extreme examples (e.g., running 200M businesses or working 50-hour weeks) can lead to burnout. The speaker encourages acceptance of personal limits and frames this acceptance as liberating.

Personal capacity. What is your actual limit? And I know the garbage that people are fed of, like it's limitless. You open to everything. No, you can't. You're gonna burn out. Come to grips with the fact that you do not have the personal capacity to lose weight, put yourself in the gym, grind yourself, work hard, do 50 hours, and guess what, that's okay. It is an extreme release when you realize that that okay. If you can't work 50 hours a week, that's okay. If you can't run a 200 million dollar business like Tommy Mello, that's okay. That's not your personal capacity. And if you try to push yourself to that limit and you say, oh, Tommy did it, I can do it too. My truck kind of looked like his truck. I should do garage doors. I could do $200 million. You'd literally burn yourself alive.
