Mike Andes says businesses hit a wall at $1M without a CRM because pricing, scheduling, estimates, and invoicing live in scattered places: someone's head, Excel, texts. He walks through the chaos: one person knows your rates, estimates sit for weeks before scheduling starts, invoices and dispatch don't talk to each other. A single system fixes it.

We have a problem of getting the estimates out and that's because of this situation. This is my CRM and the fact that only he knows pricing. You can't do it over the phone usually 65 an hour plus a dump fee or something. Okay and then we have a problem with once the estimate is accepted how do we get this on the schedule or tell the customer a reasonable timeframe in terms of when are you going to be on the schedule, when do you get back to them? When we remember between invoicing in one spot, dispatching in another, send out estimates in a different one doing pricing in Excel all it can be in one spot. What software are you referring to where we can have all that in one spot? I use I do copilot so like I'm I'm completely biased but whether you do Copilot or do Java or you service Autopilot which are cheaper options compared to Aspire all of these systems can be in one spot.
