A short transcript excerpt from a YouTube video by Mike Andes capturing a phone/face conversation where a customer angrily claims the crew never mowed their lawn and refuses to pay. Mike Andes responds with evidence: crew clock-in/out times (2:43pmâ5:03pm) and before/after photos, suggesting the customer was likely away that afternoon.
There's no way you showed up to my house the other day and mowed the grass. There's no way I'm paying that invoice. I was here all morning long and I never saw your crew. If you don't pay that invoice by tomorrow, I'm going to send you to collections and I'm going to put a lien on your house. Okay, that makes a lot of sense. I'm sorry about that confusion there. It looks like Josh and Matt showed up at your house at 2:43pm and they left at 5:03. I can see they clocked into the job. They also took before and after pictures. I'll send those to you as well. And so maybe you were gone in the afternoon, but they were definitely there at your property on that day.
