Do you have trouble getting employees to do overtime when needed? Since it will probably be the same as their P4P rate at 40 hours? We don't want them to be working above 40 hours because overtime. And they don't want to either because it's less efficient for the business instead of everyone out in the field dragging their feet so that they can get to overtime and then the owner like being overbearing and micromanaging them. So I think it just aligns everyone in the right direction and that's the type of place I want to work, and I think that's the place where most employees want to work as well, is when we're aligned and pushing in the same direction.
