And last week we were talking and somebody came up to me and they said, Mike, I gotta ask this question. I've got a rockstar on my team who doesn't align. They don't align with our values at all. And when I've tried to approach this person, they do not wanna change. When I've tried to support this person, they do not wanna change. What do I do? What do you tell this person? Anyone in here, what do you say in this case? They've done everything possible to address the person. So we don't need to say, talk to them again. They've tried that. What do we need to do? Give them a pay raise. What's that? Give them a pay raise. Give them a pay raise. So now they're going to believe these values really don't have to be followed because I'm going to be rewarded for not valuing these core values. No, you have to fire them because you cannot have a core value as an organization that you say that one gets to be the exception. Those aren't values, those are lies.
